Gorgeous!
This is a vibrant shiny gold mica powder. Brushed in a silicone mold before pour results in a solid beautiful gold shine. Just blow out excess mica before filling with resin. This is a metallic mica so it will float to top.

Beautiful color
As with other Meyspring pigments it mixes well and produces lovely color. You don't have to use a lot to get a rich color either.

The best gold
The media could not be loaded. I love this gold. I have been looking for the right gold tone for my resin art and i finally found it. I will be buying this over and over and over. Trust me you will thank me when you use it. It’s literally the best tone of gold. Not to yellow or green or pinkish. Just perfect.

Gold powder
I love this shade of gold, not to green; and I can add just a touch into seal coats, wax, glazing liquid for just a little shimmer to my wall finishes.

Turns green
We've been using another company's gold mica for years. Unfortunately, they stopped making that specific gold.We tried this brand. At first, it looks fine. After a few days, it turns our products GREEN.We supply over 100 metaphysical shops with effigy candles. Gold is one of the most popular. I now have to refund HUNDREDS of candles because of this awful green mica.

The PERFECT Shade of Gold!!
I love this stuff so much, I have a unicorn art gold mica powder that I've been using but the issue I've found with that is that it has a slightly green cool undertone to it. The gold I was looking for is more of a rich warm gold which the Meyspring one DEFINITELY IS! I also noticed that it has more shimmer to it which maybe gives it more vibrancy than the unicorn art one I'm not sure but I definitely do prefer this Meyspring one the shade is beautifulThe first picture I provided shows how the powders look mixed with a little bit of the resin. If you can't tell by the picture, the top one (Meyspring) is a little brighter and more warmer than the bottom one (Unicorn Art). The second picture shows how shimmery the Meyspring one is compared to the Unicorn art, its definitely way more pigmented and warmer which in my opinion resembles gold more. Meyspring will now be my go-to gold pigment I love it!

Very fine powder, sparkly
The most important thing to know is that this powder will absolutely get everywhere if you are not careful. It is very fine, so using it mixed in resin makes total sense. We did not get it for that use, so it was a bit more messy than I can imagine the resin use would be.We got it for sprinkling on wet paintings to jazz up art work. The issue is that sprinkling it lets it really loose in your environment. If there is a crack, this gold powder will find it. If you pinch it to sprinkle it, you will have it under your fingernails for as long as it takes to cut and scrub your fingers with a brush. However, the results were excellent and very fun. I imagine if you had a clear glue, or paint base, that would probably be super cool also. We just went for a totally not-what-it-was-designed-for use, and it was still a very nice result. So, use it in good health, and be prepared to tidy up. OR, you can just use it for mixing in resin like it is supposed to be and there will probably be next to no mess. At this price it is a good value.
