Liquid I.V.® Hydration Multiplier - Popsicle Firecracker | Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix | 1 Pack (16 Servings)

I will be the first to admit I thought Liquid IV was just a scam product meant to be a glorified powdered sports drink. That was, until I got a stomach virus, couldn't eat a thing, and couldn't stop unpleasantness from coming out "the back end." Asked a few friends in the healthcare field what they recommended to get me hydrated fast and replenish electrolytes, and every single one of them said "Liquid IV." Again, thought it was just a cult following, until I purchased it, used it, and had excellent results. I'm going to keep this in stock at all times now, as it did exactly what I needed it to. Do I think its a product one should use every day? Nope! But does it work when you really need to replenish electrolytes after being sick or "a rough night out?" Absolutely! My only complaint is I found the product too sweet for me, but I easily remedied that by mixing the pack with 24 oz. of water instead of 16 oz. 5/5 would recommend. Firecracker flavor is awesome (again, for me, when mixed with an extra 8 oz. of water).

After giving birth, I found I had a decreased appetite and a decreased interest in drinking anything. I knew with both of these, if I was going to keep my milk supply up (since I was breastfeeding), I would need to ensure I was staying hydrated and getting electrolytes. I purchased Liquid IV to see if it would help me WANT to drink, and it did. It gave my water a flavor boost. I found the firecracker popsicle flavor to be yummy. After about 30 minutes to an hour after drinking it, I could tell my milk supply was benefiting from it. This product was great for me postpartum. I do want to note that I found mixing the packet with 16oz of water was too sweet for me. I mixed the packet with about 32-40oz of water and found the sweetness to be manageable then.

I regularly purchase liquid I.V., asI live in FL and find that it is by FAR cheaper on Amazon. As a retired nurse, I think this product to be genius! Two bottles = a bolus of an I.V. bag. Those of you that drink and suffer from hangovers should down four 16.5 oz bottles and I bet you will feel much better! My favorites include the fruit punch, strawberry lemonade, but, lately I have been ordering cotton candy and bomb pop! What a fabulous (and delicious), way to get those much needed electrolytes! Keep a few in your purse! 😉

These things are awesome!! I knew the Liquid IV water mixers worked, so I decided to try these popsicles for really hot days. During games, the water mixers are nice and after games the popsicles are a great alternative. The kids really love the flavor

Use this when I feel dehydrated and it really helps me feel better. The taste is ok not my favorite but the results are quick and effective.

Love this flavor! It tastes just like a popsicle and makes it easy to stay hydrated. The stick packs are super convenient, and it mixes well with water. I’ll definitely be getting more.

I bought this for an upcoming trip. I woke up this morning and had a little scratchy throat from talking loud at a venue last night. Figured it would be a good time to try this out and the flavor is great and my scratchiness is gone!

I am terrible about drinking water (it's boring and bland) so I have tried to find things that actually make drinking water feel less like a chore. I'm sensitive to artificial sweeteners and as I'm sure many of you know, most of the electrolyte packets out there are loaded with them. I was skeptical about these Firecracker ones, but let me tell you...this flavor is amazing. It is childhood and summer in a nice little packet (at least for this Millennial) and I actually remember to drink more than coffee because I look forward to the Liquid I.V. So, congrats, y'all finally got me drinking water.
