Not sure how the folds withstand constant folding and unfolding only time will tell how strong the waterproof fabric is. Overall happy with product and handy bag to store it away. Fits perfect in my drone bag. A little overpriced, it’s good quality.

I wasn't really after a drone pad but then someone mentioned that when taking off all the dust etc can get blown into the gimbal mechanism.So I reckoned it was a wise investment.There are plenty of the pop up landing pads but these tend to be flimsy and lightweight and you need to either peg them or weigh them down.Not ideal.I wanted something that you could just chuck on the ground and use straight away.This pad is just that.It's tough, waterproof and doesn't fly away in the slightest breeze!It fits nicely in my drone backpack and comes with a nice pouch to keep it in.Folds up simply enough when done.Came with some reflective curved stickers but I haven't got a clue where these go as they are a different radius to the circle surrounding the "H" and have a rounded end and a flat end.Haven't used them and don't honestly intend to either.To sum up;ConsYes it's a bit pricier than the pop up onesProsWaterproof and doesn't need pegging down.Folds up to the size of an iPad.Would I recommend? Yes.

Prior to buying this, I had the round version but after using it many times the material is starting to show signs of wear. I opted for this as it was more portable and durable. It is very easy to put out and fits snuggly in my backpack. However, I have noted after putting it on damp grass that two of the segments have gone floppy so I am guessing it is not as durable as advertised. One would imagine the inserts are cardboard. Would imagine plastic inserts would ensure longevity. After opening and closing, a few times noticed some wear. a few tweaks and I would have awarded a 5-star rating.

This landing pad is well made and easy to use. It has a good weight without being too heavy, Some landing pads need to be weighted down to stop them blowing away as your drone takes off or when landing. The pad can be used either side, one side is orange with a white H and the other is blue. I ve never had issues when the drone is returning to home.Would recommend.

Ignore the title of this item... as the pictures suggest, this is a Pgytech item, which comes in Pgytech packaging, even includes the Pgytech stickers as a ‘free gift’ in the box. Pleased, as was buying this because I couldn’t find a Pgytech one in stock for delivery any time in the next 6 weeks.

Perfect. Pictured on top of an A4 piece of paper, it is actually fractionally smaller when folded which means it fits nicely into my Lowepro rucksack.I fly mostly from public footpaths, many that cross grass fields where the grass can often be so long that even with extension legs the blades can get caught in the grass, or morning dew can get on the camera or filter, so I consider a landing pad essential and this folds up beautifully.My only small gripe is that it's taken 4 weeks to arrive so order it well in advance but it is worth getting

The attraction of this was that it was foldable and would easily fit into a backpack. Really feel that this wasn't worth the money, but now that i've used it i'm stuck with it.Very lightweight and not strong at all. I used it on a calm day and still the downdraft from a Mavic Air 2 on landing was enough to make it move around just when it was needed to do it's job.Not sure about durability and how many times it will deal with being unfolded/folded back up again before the vinyl starts splitting.

I love this landing pad, perfect for launching and landing my DJI Mavic Pro 2 from rough ground. Being rigid when unfolded it forms a great safe platform and I like the way it can be folded up and stored away in the provided protective pouch ready to use at a moments notice. No more mowing grass with my props!!
