I ordered this almond flour from Amazon, and it arrived super fast, which was a great start. I was really happy with the quality—it’s very fine, fresh, and perfect for baking. I used it to make a cake with just a few simple ingredients: eggs, almond flour, yogurt, butter, and a touch of maple syrup for sweetness. The original recipe said to mix almond flour with white flour, but I skipped that and used only almond flour—and it turned out amazing! Soft, moist, and full of flavor. The maple syrup gave it just the right amount of natural sweetness, and I felt good knowing there was no processed sugar. Excellent quality, makes delicious baked goods. The grind is very fine, but not as fine as wheat flour, which I like. It has that delicious almond smell that is what I want in Christmas cookies.

Great flour, love it. Bakes well but you have to use a little more

I used this almond flour for my chicken meatballs. The recipe called for ground chicken, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, etc. It’s delicious, good value, and such a great quality. Definitely a must have in the kitchen! Highly recommended!✨

I look this almond flour. I’ve tried different brands. This brand was smooth , finely ground to act more like wheat flour. I used 1/2 oat flour and flaxseed instead eggs which helped moisture when desired. Tastes great. The carb content of my baked goods has been cut significantly and its healthy. Great value when compared to trying to purchased gluten free baked goods. Making things at home is the best way to go.
