Glasses were a huge hit! I purchased the blue ones. Though they have a cord with a bulky battery box attached. I was able to wire it through my shirt into a fanny pack .(it was for an 80’s party). It was dark enough that no one noticed the cord unless they really got close.As far as seeing through them, it didn’t seem to be an issue. Even at night it was fine. Wouldn’t drive in them or anything though. You would think that you would see the glowing of the frames or would impair your vision. It actually was pretty easy to see through and didn’t notice the glow of the light at all. If it is quiet enough you can hear a slight buzzing noise from the glasses though. It is really noticeable when on strobe mode. I didn’t use that one much.Overall I am happy with the purchase. I would recommend it if you are considering. Though you will have to figure out the cord and battery box once you get them.
