Poolmaster 52508 Portable Outdoor Pool Shower

originally i got this to shower off outdoors after being in my spa, but it works so well, i find myself using it as my main shower. it's great for those hot days in so cal & now i don't need to hassle with cleaning off my indoor shower doors & walls after every shower. the unit is very sturdy & easy assembly. the shower fittings seem standard so i don't think i'll have any problems getting replacement parts should i ever need too. one of my best purchases ever.

Can't beat this shower for the price. I bought it to have a shower next to our pool so people could rinse off before or after using the pool. It was very easy to assemble. The screws that hold the pieces together are very small but seem to do the job. The base can be filled with water or sand...I used water and it's very stable. The shower connects to a garden hose using a quick connect adapter. You take the adapter off the shower by pulling back on the adapter and it slides off. Then you screw it into your garden hose and slide it back on the shower. Everything works fine on the shower. No leaks and the water stream out of the shower is perfect. Everybody seems to like using it and it's worked out perfectly for what I wanted to use it for.

Great shower for by the pool! The instructions could be a little better on where the rubber washers go, but once you figure out one goes on the shower head connection and the other on the red on/off value there is no leaking.

The water stream is very powerful! It rinses long hair in the blink of an eye! The detachable showerhead is great! This product is great and I would buy another one if I needed it, but unfortunately we only needed one. Thanks for a great outside shower!!!

I bought this shower almost 3 years ago and loved it. My old one started to leak I’m sure due to the wear and tear and weather. So I bought the same one. The middle pipe assembly does not have a pre-drilled hole to be able to attach it all together. And the shower head appears to have changed to something cheaper. For the rise in price I would think it would be just as good as before. Going to take my old shower apart and see if I can fix the problems with the new one.

1 star for packaging - 4 stars for product. - The box this item came in was taped back together from where someone had ripped it open and did a poor job of sealing it back shut. There was a hole in the end of the box where the screws and cap apparently fell out. As for the item itself, it is a decent shower but not worth the $65 I paid especially since it was missing some small items. These items, however, are easily replaceable. I kept it and it works good. I do believe though if you are good at making things, this can be very easily duplicated with PVC pipe and cheap shower head. Oh, did I mention the 25 PVC elbows that were inside the box when I opened it!!! Maybe I can resell these for $1 each and get some of my money back. ;-)

This is not the best constructed item, but for the price, I was not expecting it to be. It's primarily PCV, so it's not like you can mistreat it. I don't even rely on the shut-off valve (I'd seen some compliants) - I simply use the outside faucet to turn it on and off. The directions were not the best (of course, if I had to translate directions from English to Chinese, I doubt my directions would be very clear either), but I was able to figure it out. Instead of filling the base with sand as recommended by the manufacturer, I followed the advice of other buyers and used water. It works fine. I don't think I'd want to leave it outside during a hurricane, though. One note - here in Florida, little lizards look for sunning locations. The white PCV must give them a nice, smooth surface. They don't bother me - just another data point. Again - this isn't a top-of-the-line product, but it's delivered what I expected and after two weeks, I'm happy with it.

The product was easily assembled, its important to know where the thick clear washers mount to prevent leaks, and with no obvious instructions, found the the thin clear washer goes on the shower head. Its pvc and plastic so sun damage will be inevitable. I used automotive ‘shine armor’ on the entire unit to help preserve it in the Hawaiian sun. Do we need it , of course not. Is it wonderful to stand under after a hot mormong of yard work..oh yeah.

THE HOSE FITTING IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THOSE IN AUSTRALIA SO WHY IS IT BEING SOLD HERE, AND IT'S IN STOCK BECAUSE IT ARRIVED IN 3 DAYS!

La compré y estaba muy entusiasmada pero… no es tan fácil de usar: 1. Necesitas tener mucha presión de agua para que “suba” y funcione la regadera 2. Sino hay presión, el agua se tira y hace un regadero Seguro es útil si tienes esas características; sino, no lo recomiendo… yo la regrese y la devolución fluyó muy bien y se me regreso lo gastado

légère elle tient bien en place en mettant de l'eau dans le pied. Utile avant et après la baignade dans le spa ou le sauna

2 years now!Nothing bad to say. Made a great outdoor shower for my van conversion. Fit together nice. Fill the bottom up with water and never falls over.

Just bought it this summer. Right now I will give it 5 stars. Not sure how it will stand up, but we love it. Great for showering off after yard work, or before or after getting in the pool. We have been getting a lot of use out of it so far this summer.
