Grand patio10x13 FT offset umbrella with base

Assembling the umbrella was a snap. Just a few bolts, nuts and washers (For the weighted base frame). The long bolt holes for the umbrella poles are difficult to align but managed. The difficult part for me was filling the Weighted Base. I suggest placing the base on a 45 degree angle to start the fill. Trying to fit all that sand inside is a pain in the butt. That is a load of weight.Overall a very good design, sturdy well built frame and umbrella. So far so good. Will give another review in 6 months.

The umbrella is very nice and I have no complaints about it. But, the umbrella base arrived with a giant crack in it and it never help water above the half full mark. I needed it for a party in the beginning of June, so I never contacted the company about a replacement as I would not be able to return it immediately. I may try to repair it with some JB Weld or something, but for now, it has a large concrete block weighing it down.Update 09/18/2023 - I received a follow up message from the seller here on Amazon and they are sending me a new base. Let me be clear, I did not contact them about the defective base. They proactively reached out to me based on my comments in my review. To me, that is exceptional customer service. I was willing to live with it and try to repair it, but they made it right. So, in my opinion, the service received here is excellent! I do love this umbrella and I am ecstatic that I will be able to utilize it properly now. No more ugly large concrete block holding it down, Yeah!

Packages arrived in good shape, instructions were clear enough and all assembly tools and parts came with it. Much easier with two people but possible for one. The umbrella itself is on a swivel at the top which allows it to swing in the breeze a bit. This is actually a feature I think, saves it from wind damage.They both came with bases, the bigger one came with a metal frame and 4 strong casters with brakes, on which the base attaches. The smaller came with two plastic wheels that fit onto the bottom of the base. Like any umbrella they should be collapsed & tied up when not in use and when too windy.You will need 6-7 bags of sand per base, then fill with water.Overall good value for the size and that the base is included.

my initial review recommended a don't buy. I had an immediate contact from Grand Patio, and they bent over backwards to get me the right parts. the umbrella looks great in my newly remodeled yard.Thanks, and KUDOs to Sherry for her help and understanding.

I purchased this umbrella and the parts do not fit. I have reached out to the seller and have not received a complete response to-date. Unfortunately, the part that does not it was the last part to be assembled. Therefore, I have an almost complete umbrella with over 300 pounds of sand and water. Very frustrating.

It fits perfect and easy to install. I did mine alone until I had to set it in the stand and I needed help but it’s a perfect fit for my patio

Unfortunately it does not fit my patio. We are working with the seller, who has been accommodating so far re returning the unit.

This umbrella was extremely easy to assemble. All of the parts were clearly labeled and the instruction booklet had lots of pictures, so no words were needed. I assembled the whole thing by myself, except for 5 minutes to connect the two arm pieces. The hardest part of this assembly was filling the base with sand and water. It would have been nice if the kit came with a funnel. Otherwise assembly was one of the best I have ever done.The umbrella itself is beautiful and sturdy. I bought one with a 10' x 13' shade, yet it is easy to open. Easy to close. And very easy to move around the patio as the sun moves.
