The product delivered is completely damaged. The charger is broken and the label on it is torn as shown in the picture. The hoover board seems to be a used one. I don’t recommend this product. Waste of money. I paid $11,999 which I wanted to gift for my nephew for this birthday and am highly disappointed.

Please help with customer care number ? It’s not moving
