I really like this ceiling fan/light fixture. It has a sleek modern appearance, is super quiet, and the large LED light panel is adjustable from dim to very bright. It took me roughly an hour to install and the installation was quite easy. Dreo provides a QR code that takes you to an installation video. Keep in mind that you must have a ceiling electrical box that is securely fastened to wood. If you are not sure about that then you should have an electrician do the installation for you. The included wireless remote control works flawlessly. It allows you to adjust the fan to one of six speeds (or turn it off), reverse the direction of the fan, adjust the light brightness to one of six levels, adjust the color of the light (from 2700 degrees K - warm to 5000 degrees K - cool), and set the fan to turn off after 1 or 4 or 8 hours. There's also a button on the remote that lets you mute the beeps that sound when making adjustments. In my 15 x 15 home office a fan speed of 3 (out of 6 speeds) gives me a nice gentle breeze and is nearly noiseless. It's less than a whisper. The construction is solid too. This is a quality fan/light and a very good value. I highly recommend it.

I've been a do-it-yourselfer for a while. Take that into account if you continue reading. I looked a lot of places on the internet before I ordered this Dreo fan and light kit from Amazon. I wanted it because it looked like it would be appropriate in a smaller room -- and it _is_ appropriate. I also liked the rich darker wood color of the fan blades, which match built-in shelves in this room. The room already had a small ceiling light fixture that had been professionally installed when the house was built. That meant the room was wired and ready for ceiling fan. I just had to cut power to the room and remove the existing light fixture for everything to be ready for installing the fan. THAT'S THE SINGLE BIGGEST THING TO CONSIDER, IMHO. If the room hadn't already been wired and ready, the project would have been way bigger, maybe too big for this do-it-yourselfer. Installing this fan/light was a breeze. The way the item is designed really considers ease for the end-user. (Of course, if it's your first time doing this, the learning curve will seem steeper.) Nothing is hard to reach or awkward, and the result is handsome. And everything works as expected via the remote control. The lumen levels are easy to control, with the highest level satisfyingly bright. The light color is easy to control. The fan speeds are easy to control. The fan direction (clockwise/counterclockwise) is easy to control. There's a timer with three settings. When you turn off power it remembers its last settings. So when you toggle the wall switch on later, it continues in whatever mode you were last using. It also beeps first to let you know it's booting. If you don't want the beep, just leave the switch on and turn off the light and fan using the remote. Personally, I can't think of anything that's missing here. It's the whole nine yards, and it's handsome. Five stars.

Very easy to install, with a hook that supports the fan while you connect the wires. The fan has many choices for fan speed, light brightness as well as color temperature, which was a plus. The remote even has a mute button for the very annoying beep, and has a reverse button to switch from summer to winter direction without having to reach it on the fan itself. The fan runs smoothly and is very quiet. Flush mount is low profile and we are very pleased.

I bought this fan to install in the small balcony of my apartment. The highest setting pushes air out very well in all directions. I live in a humid place so it creates a nice cool breeze on my balcony. The light settings are very adjustable. There’s a nice range of color temperatures and brightness levels. I don’t think I’ll be using the light too much but it’s nice that control it. I would make sure to carefully measure your ceiling height to be sure there is enough clearance under the fan for your space. I didn’t measure anything and was a little concerned once I mounted the fan itself. In the end it all worked out and theres enough height that my fingers barely graze the bottom when I reach my hands above my head (I’m about 5’ 6” for reference). My fan is connected to a switch so I just leave the switch on and use the included remote to turn the fan on/off. Aesthetically the fan looks decent. As another reviewer mentioned, the blades are very light weight (probably particle board) and are painted on one side in a metallic color that matches the fan. It looks a pretty cheap so I flipped the blades over onto the wooden finish side. It was relatively easy to install by myself. There was only one complication for me and that was the fact that the electrical box in the ceiling only had a neutral and live wire. The previous light fixture used a bracket that was physically connected to the electrical box as a place to connect the ground. The Dreo fan assumes that you have a ground connection and will tether all 3 (electrical/mounting plate/fan) together. In my case, my electrical box itself served as a metal conduit for the ground. After installing the mounting plate to the electrical box, I used a multimeter to test that the ground screw on the plate was electrically bonded to the electrical box. You can do this by testing for 0.0 ohm continuity. So I did not worry over much about not have a ground wire since the fan’s mounting plate itself was grounded in my setup. I just connected the two green ground cables from the mounting plate to the actual fan ans indicated in the instructions. I’m not an electrician so I’m not advising to do what I did but it seems to work very well. The fan produces no wobbles and is still extremely quiet on the fastest setting. I assume this comes down to the installation. I noticed some other reviewers had a different experience. I also saw other comments mention that there was no bracket cover included. That was not the case for me and the instruction manual lists it as one of the included accessories. If that’s not the case for you, I’d suggest you contact Dreo support. They were able to help me a little with my inquiries about the electrical setup and it was easy to reach them over the phone so I don’t see why they couldn’t send you an accessory that product is supposed to include. I would not email them, I never got any response using that method. Overall, I think it’s pretty good value. Other ceiling fans tend to be heavier and more expensive. I don’t need a fancy ceiling fan as this one will be on a balcony that is partially exposed to the elements. For the ease of installation (probably much easier with two people and Dreo does recommend that approach) and the practical features (e.g. color temperature and brightness adjustment, fan timer, and mute option for the button presses), I think that justifies the price. The fan body is constructed of metal, the blades are probably particle board and the remaining pieces are plastic. It does the job it’s supposed to with no fuss and that makes it good enough for me.

We are very very happy with this ceiling fan. It matches perfectly with our MCM decor and furniture. We purchased two, one for the living room and one for the bedroom, which replaced dated ceiling fans that had puller strings. So happy to have these with remotes. Had both professionally installed. It took them about 90 minutes to take given the old fans and install these new ones. They had a little trouble attaching/securing the collar necks but figured it out quicker with the 2nd one.

Easy tho install, quiet

It is a great fan overall, it’s quiet and good quality but there a few things that it fell short on: It only came with wood screws to secure it. No electrical screws were provided to secure it to the electrical junction which was required in my case due to the location of studs in relation to the box. It is also much brighter than my other remote controlled dimmable lights. Probably not a problem for most people, but I like to keep my room dimly lit between sunset and bedtime. Also it lacks the feature my other lights have for turning the light on manually by turning the switch on and off quickly. So if you lose the remote with it turned off, you have no way to turn it back on.

Pour le moment, vraiment pas déçu, très très silencieux (sauf forcément à vitesse max mais ça reste très léger je trouve). Lumière puissante et installation très facile et facilitée même pour une personne seule. SAUF sauf... Les pales, un enfer sur terre. Vous aurez peut-être de la chance et vous pourrez trouver du premier coup les 3 trous pour les vis, mais s'il y a un léger décalage où un alésage un peu aléatoire comme c'était mon cas, il est possible de passer 40 min sur une seule vis, j'en ai encore mal au bras... Mais ça passe avec calme et méthode ! Je l'ai choisi car il est léger et j'avais peur d'arracher la moitié de mon plafond un peu fragile avec le dernier que j'avais pris (et que j'ai rendu à cause du poids). Celui là est léger , ne prends pas de place en hauteur (j'ai un plafond très bas), la lumière est puissante et réglable et il redistribue très bien l'air chaud de mon poêle à pellets. Si ce n'est cette pale de l'enfer (et 2 autres mais c'était jouable), je recommande vivement !

Besonders begeistert hat uns, wie leise der Ventilator arbeitet. Auf den niedrigen und mittleren Stufen ist er kaum zu hören, sodass man problemlos dabei schlafen kann. Gleichzeitig bietet er genügend Leistung, um den Raum angenehm zu kühlen – gerade während der heißen Tage mit fast 40 °C war das ein riesiger Unterschied. Die vielen Geschwindigkeitsstufen ermöglichen eine sehr feine Einstellung und dank der verschiedenen Modi findet man schnell die passende Einstellung für Tag oder Nacht. Auch das integrierte LED-Licht ist praktisch: Es ist ausreichend hell, dimmbar und lässt sich bequem über die Fernbedienung steuern. Insgesamt ein hochwertiger Deckenventilator mit vielen Funktionen, leisem Betrieb und einfacher Bedienung. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Questo ventilatore Dreo mi ha davvero sorpreso: è silenziosissimo anche alle velocità più alte e la luce LED integrata illumina benissimo la stanza, con diverse tonalità tra cui scegliere. L’installazione è stata più semplice del previsto, grazie alle istruzioni chiare e al sistema di montaggio pratico. Il motore reversibile è un plus utilissimo per usarlo anche in inverno e distribuire meglio il calore. Design moderno, materiali solidi e ottime prestazioni: un acquisto che vale ogni euro!
