This was a gift and delivered with no paperwork or key or combination for the lock...very strange. The ox looked good but the plastic wrapping appeared to have been reused and was torn in several places. Without a working lock or combination, there's no point in using it.

I ordered this product to see if it would really work, so I placed my online grocery as usual and just added delivery instruction for the driver to please place bags into my door dropsack. So I came home afterwork and my groceries were delivered into my dropsack and it was kept fresh and cooled. Now, the time only thing I didn't like was that some tomatoes and bananas I ordered were placed at the bottom of the sack and got smashed a lot. This is only my first delivery and thus far this sack is a keeper. For my next order I'm planning on leaving the driver a note asking him to please place soft, delicate or breakable goods on top. Also, I hope the manufacturer would add wheels to make it easier to bring it into the kitchen.
