Do not use with water!!!
I needed tape on a wet surface and it didn't even begin to stick. I called customer service, talked to over seven people and no one knew how to use the product or if it was even to be used on wet surfaces even though the ad and the packaging both say it does.I can't return the two unopened packages nor the one I tried. These are not cheap!Do not buy this product if you are using it with water!!!!!! ... Or call me, I have a very expensive roll to give away!

Hard to cut to size. Because of the extreme adhesive.

apply it in smaller strips, like 18-24 inches, much easier to work with
Worked great. Fixed torn pool liner.

backing too thin and tears
backing is clear thin plastic that tears too easily and gets stuck behind tape.
