The media could not be loaded. Sign was delivered within 3 weeks. When it arrived it was missing a letter from the middle name. I contacted them and they immediately got back to me with a tracking number and a response saying that they are sending me the missing letter. In less than a week it came in the mail. The sign is excellent quality and looks absolutely perfect in the room. Mine is around 24inches long, it’s about 1/2inch thick and weighs nothing. I got plain wood/no stain and I spray painted the middle name myself. It looks completely professional. It came with special tape to hang it. Quick customer service! I had been looking through so many other signs and You can’t beat this quality at this price! Dont hesitate, you definitely want to order!!

The item is not able to be placed on the wall as pictured . They are small parts and unable to decorate to place on the wall in desired position. Very poor quality.

Received this product and my first impression was definitely wow! It’s so cute and was made with grace, very smooth, had a good wood smell, not too thick, great value for such good work, very light weight but sturdy, and the lettering looks just like the photo!Looks great on my desk! Was not expecting it to come with both the wall and the stand up name ☺️ but happy it did ! They both definitely brought my desk together. * you can choose to take off the frame but I like it better with the frame, so left it on for hanging purposes.

Nice and sturdy product but the delivery was way slower than expected. The adhesive is a terrible joke and may cause damage to your sign if it falls off the wall onto a hard floor. You’ll have to get your own to get them to stay on the wall and protect your sign.

Do not buy this product, I purchased two different name signs to hang on door and letters came individually, not very detailed on depends on what you order on how it comes, very disappointing!! Don’t recommend buying!!
