Great value for new Custodes players, buy 2!
This has to be the best value combat patrol GW has produced. The models themselves are quality, and the paint scheme is as easy or as complex as you want it to be. But two of these and a character or two and you’ve already got close to 2k points. Well worth the money for Custodes players just starting out.

Easily the cheapest and most efficient entry into Warhammer 40k miniature wargaming and collecting.
Warhammer is an expensive hobby, unfortunately. Thankfully the Adeptus Custodes Combat Patrol box exists to make entry a breeze. Custodes look great and hit hard and are fielded at an in-game resource premium, so this box accounts for almost half of a full size 2000 point tournament legal army. Combined with the Auric Champions Battleforce Custodes players will have a diverse selection of powerful units ready to play in any setting from casual games to major tournaments, all for well below MSRP compared to buying the models separately.
