Keep me cool at night less hot flashes

I always sleep hot and decided to try this cooling mat after we bought one for a family member. This thing is awesome. It holds the cold for a good amount of time. Yes the longer you lay on it, it does warm a little but since I started using it I have been able to sleep through the night and not wake up a sweaty mess. Highly recommend

Works pretty good been getting allot of hot flashes and washing up drenched in sweat and need soaking wet this helps allot and helping me sleep through the night.

It does cool, however, by morning it’s not cool any more. Also the mat slides out from under the fitted sheet.

I didn't find this to work as advertised. It eventually absorbed my body heat and no longer kept me cool. I was in need of something that could provide that kind of comfort, but it was short-lived. For the price of it, it wasn't worth the money.

If you run hot at night or don't have AC, put this cooling pad under your bottom sheet. The 20" x 60" size fits teens to adults. And it cools all night long, making sure you can sleep and sleep comfortably. When you get it you may want to hang it on your porch railing for a few hours to get rid of packaging smells. This was exactly what I wanted, and was worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Bought this for night sweats. Starting perimenopause and my night sweats were getting so bad I was changing pajamas 3 times a night. Decided to try the cooling pad. It wasn't uncomfortable to lay on after I put it under my fitted sheet. The first hour or so I would be really cold to where it was uncomfortable. That only lasts a couple hours then it stores your body heat and no longer cools. Returned it after a few uses trying different methods.
