I always sleep hot and decided to try this cooling mat after we bought one for a family member. This thing is awesome. It holds the cold for a good amount of time. Yes the longer you lay on it, it does warm a little but since I started using it I have been able to sleep through the night and not wake up a sweaty mess. Highly recommend

It's cool for about 20 mins then sweaty after that. It takes about an hour or 2 to get back to chilling. But it's very cool for the 1st 20mins. I could be wrong, but it seems to be worse when you use it on a bed. I was rather disappointed.

Our AC was out of commission for several weeks in the middle of summer in California. My bedroom is the hottest room in the house, and this may helped me get to sleep when I was basically unable. It is exactly what you would expect, a little slippery, and a good size for someone short like me. Good quality, as it hasn’t torn, scratched, or anything of the sort and it’s been a couple months now. The cooling lasts I’d say 1-3 hours based on how your laying on it. Throw an ice pack underneath it and it will last a bit longer. It is a little slippery and wants to slide around, the edges can be a little hard, like laying on flexible card stock. After many uses I have not cut myself on the edges, even though it seems like you might be able to get a paper cut sort of mark on you. Overall definitely worth the money for someone struggling to sleep due to heat. Got this along with a chilling gel mat you throw in the freezer and a cooling blanket.

Works pretty good been getting allot of hot flashes and washing up drenched in sweat and need soaking wet this helps allot and helping me sleep through the night.

I didn't find this to work as advertised. It eventually absorbed my body heat and no longer kept me cool. I was in need of something that could provide that kind of comfort, but it was short-lived. For the price of it, it wasn't worth the money.

If you run hot at night or don't have AC, put this cooling pad under your bottom sheet. The 20" x 60" size fits teens to adults. And it cools all night long, making sure you can sleep and sleep comfortably. When you get it you may want to hang it on your porch railing for a few hours to get rid of packaging smells. This was exactly what I wanted, and was worth every penny. Highly recommended.

This actually works! I bought it for my husband who always wants the bedroom a lot cooler than I do. We live in Arizona and he said it was a life changer this summer. Does it say super cool all night? No, but it’s still a noticeable difference in the morning. Great buy!

Didn't keep cool for more than 30 minutes. Vinyl of the mat sticks to your skin. Not a good value
