My wife first got a similar product from pampered chef years ago. Recently it finally broke. I found these, and are exactly like the one we had before except the color. This is a great little cutter. It has a small magnet built into it. So it easily hangs on the side of a refrigerator. It opens up boxes, letters very easily and is only about 3" long. I didn't realize how much we used it until the old one finally broke. After a few weeks i knew we had to find another and I found this. This is a very simple mostly safe little cutter. It easily cuts through packaging tape on boxes, will slice through an envelope, to open mail. The blade is very small, but does the job. It could be a choking hazard for small children, so you will want to keep it out of reach to them. I bought 2 of them. 1 for the kitchen and 1 for the office to open mail. It is a very nice handy cutter that will last a long time.

Saw these advertised on TV shopping channel and decided to check and see what Amazon had to offer. Luckily the same products were on their website. I ended up ordering 3 sets of 2 per pack. I'm definitely keeping one and am gifting all the others to family members for their household use. They are very sharp and work like a charm!!! I am really impressed. Also they are small but have an internal magnet that attached easily to the Refrigerator so we know where it is and can grab it quickly and easily to open any box, envelope, bubble pack items and stubborn plastic and cardboard items! Love them and not expensive.

This is really handy and cuts well, great for opening all the Amazon boxes we get. Love the magnetic feature so can just keep it on my fridge and never have to hunt for it. Well, as long as we remember to put it back after using it!

Safest blade out there in my experience. Fits well in the hand and can attach to a keychain. However, I should have realized this type of blade is really only good for cutting tape or cardstock. I needed something longer and wider for work and home for things like cutting through thick cardboard, zip ties, plastic packaging. It feels very durable and after several months of use, the tiny little blade is still sharp. It's well constructed and doesn't feel like it would fall apart easily. It's fairly easy to use, but I did need the directions at first that show you how to keep it flush with the thing you're cutting, rather than at an angle like most of us are probably used to.

Works as advertised and is a handy tool for my job. I am able to slice through thin plastic packaging and single layer packing tape with ease. While it is MOSTLY skin safe, I learned the hard way (while demonstrating it to coworkers, no less) that while thicker finger pads *might* not get cut so easily, it can absolutely still break skin 😅 I’m not mad about it, just wish I hadn’t been so overzealous to show them how it worked on myself 🤦‍♀️ still recommend! Small size and ability to throw onto a key ring makes it very easy to grab when needed and store afterwards.

I'm always a little skeptical of these 'miracle' type tools that aim to replace a perfectly good solution such as a box cutter. I mean I know how to use a normal box cutter. Be careful, blades are sharp, don't cut too deep, etc. Why do I need this 'miracle' product. I'll tell you why. It just works. Cuts plastic bags, tape on boxes, but it excels at opening those stupid hard plastic clamshells. Will it replace your box cutter? No. You will still need your box cutter to break down those Amazon shipping boxes for recycling but this little tool will easily open those soft plastic mailer bags from Amazon with little risk to yourself or the contents.

serves the purpose--does open clamshell wraps--but is not very magnetic at all the blade only comes out tiny bit and stays out all the time. only good thing is its not a razor knife --it serves my purpose for the price

Really useful little gadget that easily slips into your pocket. I use this frequently for cutting open any packet or box that’s taped up. It’s safe and easy to use and saves you gunging up your scissors (and is safer than using scissors or a knife to open all those Amazing boxes!). Excellent value for money!

I've been buying these for myself and all my family and friends for a few years now. They're brilliant little gadgets, far superior to scissors for opening just about anything and much safer than a knife. It's impossible to cut yourself with it. It's magnetic so it's always to hand - just pop it on the fridge or extractor hood. Wouldn't be without one - they do go blunt after a few years but they're cheap to replace.

In the picture, it looked big, but a very small green thing arrived, and its little tooth is really tiny. Updating the review. Over time, it turned out that this thing is quite useful. You can cut through films if you're not wary of slightly damaging what's underneath the film.

Taglia veramente bene scotch, carta e cartone, ovviamente la lama è minuscola quindi va impugnato correttamente. Quasi magico il fatto che non può tagliare la pelle (in generale le cose morbide)
