Q: can we collect data to a computer from this multimeter? what software is available for this purpose?

Please note,I do not use a computer with my DM3058E. But in the Rigol users guide in section 3 pg.15,16 and 17. under "Remote control via LXI (only for DM3958)" I trust this helps

Q: Does this product come with a calibration certificate and report?

It was a long time sense I got it but I do believe that it came with a factory test saying what the voltage limits were and where it measured and with what measuring standard they used.

Q: what is the difference between the 3058 and 3058E?

The 3058 has additional connectivity options than the 3058E. It has an internet and a GPIB connection. The core multimeter is otherwise the same.

Q: Is logging option available on this device?

It has an RS-232 port and a USB port that you can use to log data.
