Does the lounge come with the pillows and will they stand up in a "salt water" pool.

The pillows are available but are an additional purchase. Can't tell you about true sea salt water but the chairs are in a salt pool.

Will the regular chaise work with only 5.5 in of water on a tanning ledge?

I’m not sure how “in the water” you want your body when lounging... but 5.5” may put the water over your lap but allow you to have your legs somewhat dry.. I completely fill my chairs with water to have them sitting in the bottom of my tanning ledge and my water is approx 6-7 inches deep- my lower body is sitting in water

my water ledge is 7’’ if I go with 10-15’’ lounger will the seat area be wet?

The lowest part of the seat is at 9 inches. Thus, it may not be under water but with the water movement in the pool one may get wet.
