I use it almost every night for my ballet stretches and it works very well, i have had it just over a year now i think and there is no sighs of this so definitely would recommend.

Good for gymnastics
Excellent for gymnastics. Used by all the girls in gymnastics conditioning. Excellent quality and easy to use. Good size with excellent stretch. Super cheap at £6 so good value for money - although I have to keep replacing it as she leaves it at gymnastics (name your children’s stuff!).
