If one follows the directions they will find that this unit works great. Start of slowly and get use to the feel of it. I have always had issues with wax build up & clogging in my ears. I changed the way I clean my ears & through the use of this product, my ears don't clog anymore! Very easy to use & has a safety feature that won't allow for the temp of the water to be too hot or cold. It will only work if the water is 70°F.

My husband had been putting Debrox in my left ear for 5 days as recommended by our doctor. At the end of five days, the combination of Debrox and buildup of wax had my ear completely clogged. I couldn't hear out of my left ear. I searched for a remedy on Amazon and found this wax remover. I had to wait a couple days to get it from Amazon as no pharmacy I could find carries anything like it in stock. I'm 73 so my husband helped me use it, turned it on and off. It's like a power washer for your ear. The cup against my ear was full of chunks of wax and debris and I could hear again. It was worth every Penny. I had thought about calling the ER to see if they could help because I couldn't hear. It is very sturdy, made really well. I'll never have to worry about wax buildup again. Thank you Amazon!!

Bought this for my husband. I had great hopes for it, but the pressure is was not enough to force the water back out of the ear. Unfortunately, this led to my husband having water in his ears, that then led to an ear infection. Did not work for us.

Worked well and as all the reviews said. Only caveat is that I apparently had SO much ear wax that I had to use an ear wax softener prior to flushing it with this product. In the product’s defense, it’s not a magic machine and maybe if I had cleaned my ears better in general it would have worked better out of the box. It was very easy to use, pretty solidly built, and better than getting it done at the doctor.

Really works well great if going snorkelling or diving to keep ears clean rather than get infection on holidays

It’s a cheaply made product that doesn’t really work. All it is a water floss for your ear that’s more annoying than washing your ear normally.
