I have had one of these for about 20 years. It isn’t warming up as well as I would like, so I replaced it with a new one. I can’t tell you how many times this has saved my neck. A couple of weeks ago I had such bad neck and shoulder pain. I was trying to get a massage appointment and couldn’t, I pulled out my heating pad , put it on my neck for about a half hour heating it twice. The next day, I had no neck or shoulder pain, whatsoever. Sometimes I just use it for comfort on a cold winter night. It’s like getting a warm hug. Every house should have one.

Bought 7 years ago for the wife. She's loved it. Used it everyday. After 7 years, it started leaking the contents so I came back to Amazon to buy the exact same product again, but it isn't a Prime item so there's $8 shipping. This led us to see what else has been developed and become available in the past 7 years. We decided to go with a Prime item for $22. Again, really liked this product but at $55 plus $8 shipping we were forced to choose a more economical option. If they had offered free shipping, we probably would have stayed with the same product.1 star on the aroma because the heated up wrap stinks to me personally. We ended up calling it the "stinky wrap" for the last 7 years.

I was given one after surgery several years ago. Now I buy these as gifts all the time. Great gift for anyone who is stiff and sore from being confined to bed. Great for new moms who are weary feeding a newborn. Perfect for post workout soreness. A great comfort during a migraine. So many uses, and they smell great! The scent lasts about 3-4 years!

“New upper body heat/cold wrap arrived quickly and in perfect condition, replacing a shoulder wrap which was part of a multipack purchased 10 years ago (same manufacturer) at a local Atlanta area mall kiosk which was doing on-site demonstrations. That wrap still works, but the stitching between baffles unraveled in one place -- after 10 years and hundreds of uses. I am age 55 with longstanding degenerative arthritis in my cervical spine, and a recent MRI that reads like a medical terminology trainer. I need heat sometimes and cold at other times. The Nature Creation wraps give me whichever I need at the time: relief from muscle spasms (cold) or improvement in circulation and relaxation of muscles (heat). Also, my husband came home last year from an outpatient arthroscopic procedure on his knee and was having profound shaking chills as a reaction to the anesthetic. I threw a blanket on him, heated two of the largest Nature Creation packs in the microwave, applied the packs, and thankfully he stopped shaking within seconds. Treated with care and kept clean with a pillowcase, paper towel, or purchased cover, these will last years. I'm a quilter, and the fabric from all purchases (the set 10 years ago + a replacement pack last month purchased on Amazon) looks and feels to be the same quality cotton fabric that I buy for making quilts, not the cheap fabric used for so many handmade items. I also love the fact that these packs can be used around both children and pets without concern for toxic contents. Very highly recommended. Extremely good value. No, I was not paid or given a discount for this review; I just love the product that much!

Loves this brand. It’s my 3rd time buying them. However I don’t like that this one has the Velcro at the neck. I don’t like how close it is around my neck and the Velcro is scratchy. It would’ve been nice if there was a way to keep the Velcro back when not using it. Otherwise it scratches my chest and chin.

Relief of back pain

This heating wrap is so awesome! It was instant relief the first time I used it! So happy I purchased this!

This heat pad works really well, particularly on ones shoulders but one can improvise on many other sore body parts. Only down side is it takes some time to warm it right up, you can't just put it in micro for 4 minutes to get real warm. Otherwise it is great! Came on time, was well packaged and as discribed.

Tried to return it they wouldn’t take it back but did offer a full refund so thank you amazon for that. It doesn’t stay warm for long, it does smell nice but I didn’t buy it for the smell, heat isn’t evenly distributed, I would have kept it for 20 dollars but 50 is an outrageous price to pay for this product.

Easy to use, heat up in the microwave and out around your shoulders. My only complaint is u wish it could keep the heat in better. Cools down pretty fast.
