I was skeptical about purchasing these because of the mixed reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor is good, just don’t expect it to taste like a candy bar. These are definitely more of a meal replacement bar. They’re filling, and I’m not looking for a snack an hour later, which I appreciate. They also provide a solid source of protein without making me feel like I’m indulging in something overly processed or sugary. I would recommend these to anyone who is familiar with protein bars and is looking for something that will actually keep them full and support their fitness routine.

I like how this taste like a tootsie roll, and I appreciate that it's 45 grams of protein in a single bar. Most protein bars has that chalky taste to it, so it's rare to find one that doesn't have that. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and family that are looking to add more protein in their diet.

This is really good 4 star item. The macros are wild if you’re looking for a solid protein base. I bought a couple boxes for snacks on the road. I ate 1-2 bars a day and they did the job. They kept me full and I didn’t lose any lean mass while traveling for two weeks. They also left enough calories to indulge a bit on local food. The downside is that the bar is really dense, almost toffee-like. It coats your mouth and feels dry going down. Honestly they are hard to eat without a cup of coffee at hand. Overall, they taste pretty good if you counteract the dryness. If texture and portability are really important to you, you might want to keep looking.

Lots of extra protein. My doctor said I don't get enough protein per day. So, I was impressed with the 45 grams of protein in these bars. But, the taste is awful! I found them a penance to eat and I avoided them. I only ate four out of the box.

Good bar. But just so damn hard to eat. The texture is of rubber. Tastes almost like nothing with a chemical aftertaste. Super expensive but it’s a lot of protein. Almost gaged twice after trying to get through half of my first bar. They also have a lot of weight to them. It’s so gross I had to write a review just to give others a heads up. (This is my first ever review)

Honestly can only eat 1/2 at a time. Thick, dense and delicious.

I'm fascinated by the low calories and high protein content of these bars. They don't taste great but they're extremely convenient. I imagine these are really only for people who are actively strength training. The taste is "toldrable" but the macros make them worth it
