Cracked from hot water after 3rd use
I had only used the mug twice before, but on pouring in boiling water the bottom spontaneously cracked and began to leak. Product was not made an acceptable standard and should be avoided.

Faulty, probably seconds
Arrived with a small amount of damage on the glaze. Wasn’t overly concerned. The fourth time I used it, I heard a clink when pouring in freshly boiled water. Water started pooling under the mug. A crack had appeared running about half way round the circumference of the mug. My guess is these are faulty and/or seconds. And potentially dangerous when using water from a kettle. Not fit for purpose at all.
