These are a household staple for my family right now. I love the orange flavor it’s my favorite, the packet is great just rip,dump, and shake. And on days when we’re not using it while on the run we have just the powder at home, it has a little scooper for easy measuring. The amount of sodium in this is just for me-I’ve tried some that were lighter like Cure and I’ve had them saltier like LMNT and the Saltivate is a happy medium to me. I always feel good on days when I have it which has become everyday as of late. I’m 5 months pregnant and this is key for me to staying hydrated and getting in electrolytes. It’s also a great drink that’s high in Vitamin C to chase your Iron pill down with to help with absorption, a specific (yet helpful) FYI. I also have to say I love love love the fact that it’s covered by hsa/fsa. Great Product!

I really love this electrolyte mix. Its sugar free, low carb, and low calorie- but it really packs a punch. It works better than I expected, especially on days where I am really depleted this picks me up almost instantly. I appreciate that it is FSA eligible lol so I get to stock up. I actually like it better than liquid iv.. I have noticed it doesnt quite mix well when stirred, but if I put it in a water bottle and shake it, it blends and mixes perfectly. I will buy again and again. Edited to add: the product arrived on time and in perfect packaging. I really like the mango pineapple flavor, have yet to try the orange/tangerine but I am sure it will be just as good.

Taste is good and the product works well for hydration. Only 4 stars due to the fact that the salt isn't full spectrum. Would buy again.

I love Saltivate. I'm not a huge orange flavor fan, but this one is extremely good. I do wish they had other flavor options, something like strawberry, watermelon, or a chocolate-caramel flavor. This is one of the only hydration packets that you can still purchase with your FSA, so it's incredibly affordable. Overall this is a great hydration packet and one I'll continue to order.

This was my first time buying this product. I got the Orange. I need a good electrolyte due to my blood panels have showed low sodium. After 2 years of trying so many brands, I think this one tastes the best. It is not too sweet and the best part is that it dissolves 100%, although it takes a few minutes to dissolve after adding it to your drink. Plus, it is HSA eligible which is awesome. Just try it you'll enjoy it.

I was using LMNT but felt it was way too salty. This one is the perfect balance. And the salty orange is delicious. Wish the salt was more like Celtic salt or something with more minerals, price is a bit high. But for it being HSA eligible I’ll take it. Swapped from LMNT.

We’ve tried a lot of hydration packets trying to find one we both actually enjoy, and this is finally THE ONE. It’s packed with electrolytes…nearly 2500mg total, including potassium, sodium (of course), and magnesium…which you can definitely taste. So, it is on the saltier side because of that, but honestly, the flavors do a great job balancing it out. The orange is my personal favorite, and the mango pineapple is my boyfriend’s favorite—both are strong enough to cut through the saltiness and still taste really good. Plus, it has no sugar, which is a huge bonus. It mixes perfectly into our 32oz water bottles with no crazy clumps or grit (as long as you mix it throughly to begin with). We’ve made it part of our daily routine and usually drink 1–2 a day, especially when it’s a gym day. While it’s definitely worth the price due to the sheer amount of hydration and electrolytes you’re getting, the fact that it’s HSA/FSA eligible honestly makes it an 11/10!!!

I’ve used tons of electrolytes. But this one knocks it out of the park. Easy on the stomach and the VitC is a big plus along with the strong electrolyte mix to boot. Bye bye cramping. Add some more flavors, like passion fruit, guava, or definitely watermelon!
