FROGG TOGGS iCOOL PVA Cooling Towel, 26" x 17"

I want to start by saying that this is a very weird product. But also, it is awesome. After you get it wet for the first time and then let it dry, it dries completely stiff and you cannot roll it, fold it or do anything with it. Once you are done using it, you will need to fold it first while it is wet and let it dry that way. That being said, this product really works. It feels kind of weird at first- almost like rubber, but it really does the trick to cool you off. Most of the time I will place it around my neck or over my shoulders and back, but I’ve also put it on my head, and even on my face. Once it acclimates to your body temperature, just take it off and wave it back-and-forth once or twice and put it back on and it will be completely cold. It stays in the soft, cool stage for a very long time so it’s great for working out or sports or even those hot flashes!

I love this little miracle. When I used to ride my motorcycle I wouldn't leave home without my FT towel. I have three of them and now I use them when I'm out doing yard work we're taking a walk on a hot day.

I’m from south Florida, it’s the dead of summer, and my AC died 😭 We Floridians aren’t afraid of ten foot gators, flying cockroaches, deadly hurricanes, lightening strikes, nor the dreaded Florida Man - we are practically fearless. But, I’ll tell you a secret: we’re terribly afraid of being without our AC! I was living my worst fear! It was too hot to move, couldn’t sleep, and you can’t spend all day long in a cold water bath - though I tried! It was a Floridian NIGHTMARE! So I started looking for something inexpensive to help me survive until i could get the AC situation fixed, and I stumbled upon this. It really, really helped. It helped a whole lot. It’s a strange material, almost like rubber but not. When it dries out it becomes all crunchy, but then softens right out again as soon as you wet it. Weird, but I swear it helps. I would wet this, wring it out just so it wasn’t dripping, and it kept me alive 🤣 AC issue is fixed now but these are still great to have around. I have one for my hubby who is a land surveyor, it’s great for kids sports out in the heat, the beach, oh and it would be the best thing ever to have handy for a trip to Disney or Bush Gardens! For the price, it’s a great little invention! Try it out, it won’t break the bank

It definitely cools great once it's been activated with water. My *only* complaint is that it dries out kind of quickly. I work in manufacturing where there are fans that don't live up to their task, so I got this to help keep me from melting, but I think the fans might be drying it out faster. If you have access to water readily (which I don't where I work) and can re-moisten it, it's a really good product.

Really works to keep you cool! I’ve used at Disneyland on a hot day and also at home when for a fever. Will keep you comfortable in the heat. Buying another set for my next trip!

Great to have on a hot summer day. Priced very well. Very durable. Perfect size to put around the back of your neck for instant relief. I have several of them that I put in my cooler and switch out during the workday while im landscaping. Very easy to use.

I read mixed reviews about these, but they had overall good reviews and I knew I needed a cooling towel for my hot disney trip. I bought cheap ones on temu and the real ones here. Well, there was no conparison. These were great! Wet, wring out, stay cool. I purchased one for eadh member of my family and two extra in case we lost them. They did a great job!! At the end of the night, i'd wash them (b/c we were sweaty and gross) and just kept them moist and reused them the next day. I didn't use my neck fan, I was plenty cool with just these, some of my family members did a combo.

BLUE DYE!! I purchased three of these towels to go to Orlando. I quickly rinsed the three of them and used them all day at a major theme park. I had a white shirt on and there was no bleeding or staining from the towels. I had no adverse reactions or anything like that. When arriving back home I took all three of them in a basin with a small amount of clear laundry detergent and the amount of blue bye that came out was genuinely shocking. I had to take photos because only an image could genuinely describe how much there was. Did they cool? Yes. Were they easy to use and quick drying? Yes. There was no strange smell and the size was perfect. They sort of look like the things they sell as car shammy. Regardless of all of that, the dye may be a deal breaker. Based on performance I would have rated them 5 stars but because of the sue that rating has been reduced to a 3 star. I’m going to wash them a few mores times to see if I can completely get the dye to stop bleeding. If not, I’ll have to return. Too bad.

i would like to by one the same material, but bigger. i ordered one that was bigger, but i had to send it back, because it was not the same material i want the material that goes hard when it dries.

Great product, using in the golf course in this hot humid weather. Cools me instantly.
