BekoFFG4545S_SI Beko FFG4545B, 177 L, 12 kg/24h, SN-T, 40 dB, 4*, No Frost system

I bought this and l am very unhappy due to the fact it had a flap door at top compartment, but it came without one .also door is poorly installed large gap at top of the door with very little at the bottom, when I complained to Beko they have discontinued the flap and about the gap in the door l would have to get onto Amazon.
