Tough
We keep this outdoors in the tropics (somewhat shielded from rain, but not completely) and it has worked flawlessly for over a year. Highly recommended!

Awesome Box
The package has weight on it seems durable, came with key tags so tou dont have to buy them. You have to install the lock which is very easy. Would recommend!

Great follow up great product.
I had trouble getting lock working. Company was awesome in replying quickly and helping. Turns out it was an issue with how I had my iPhone setup but they were helpful and fast replying to assist. Highly recommend their products. Love the remote access and tracking of the key box.

Did not know it can only be locked/unlocked with WiFi. You can't do it manually

Came locked
The lock mechanism won't turn. It is stuck in one position and I couldn't move the A B switch either. I tried everything and it just won't move. Amazon is sending a replacement, if that one works better I will change the rating. There was also no way to get support online, or anywhere obvious.

Don't buy it
After three months the locking mechanism could no longer be unlocked with the code or app. Had to be unlocked with the key, making the product useless. Could not talk to (find is the more accurate term) to customer support.

勤務先の事務所を現在改築中で、リニューアルされた後に見栄えの良いキーボックスを探していました。 スチール製でしっかりしているので耐久力もあり、長く綺麗に使えそうです。 ２色のキーホルダーもセットになっているので、整理や管理が簡単になります。 ロック部分はスマホのアプリから設定するのですが、説明書は英語で書かれており、 アプリは多言語が選択できますが、なぜか日本語は選択できませんでした。 せめてアプリだけでも日本語で操作できるように、改良をお願いしたいです。 設定してしまえば、プッシュキーの操作感も良好で、重厚感があって見栄えがとても良いです。
