Excellent quality and service
I ordered on a Friday and it came on Sunday! Excellent customer service and care! I was kept informed to timings and everything was perfectly smooth. The two guys who delivered the sofa were very polite and rang to say how long they would be. The sofa was easy to put together and is very comfortable I would buy again! Thank you so much!

Super fast delivery and assembly , sofa is awesome but the bottom strip light stopped working an hour after delivery .Delivery drivers were very helpfull and proffesional i would highly recomend this sofa its very sturdy and comfortable .

What can i say Arrived 4 days earlier than expected driver kept in touch and up to date on journey very pleased very comfy no issues thanks to the 2 guys who delivered very helpful

Totally crap
Only had it 13mths and left chair back of sofa and arm has tilted sideways, total waste of money. Tried contacting seller more than 6 times but had no communication from them at all. Don’t buy from this company.

Great product but not exactly as advertised
The delivered sofa is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, enhancing my living room. However, it deviates from the specifications of my order (see attached image). The sofa I ordered featured wireless charging, clearly depicted in the product image, whereas the delivered item has USB charging ports. Furthermore, the seat pattern and cup holder color (bright, not black as advertised) differ from the advertised product. Despite these discrepancies, the sofa is satisfactory, and I appreciate the delivery personnel's assistance with setup.
