Brilliant rotating stamp product. Sizzix quality is always impressive and a good size to do repeat stamping. Easy to use and can take up space on your crafting table/space but worth making the space for it.

I was looking for the best price on the Altenew stamping wheel as it is so expensive. Then I came across this Sizzix gem, which is different from other stamping platforms. You can move the wheel in increments accurately whilst still attached in place instead of separating the wheel from the platform or worse moving the card/paper. I think the grip mats of other platforms are the main sell for those products but the Sizzix has a sticky grid sheet which isn’t as durable as the silicone grip mats but can be replaced. But I’m happy I got the Sizzix, now I have a platform that does stencils and accurate, easy symmetrical stamping.

This is a great invention and an excellent addition to the standard Sizzix stamping platform. So easy to use and install.

Easy to use and very useful.

I purchased the Sizzix Accessory Stamp and Spin Tool as seen on the Amazon website for £29.99. If you look at the actual picture of this item it also shows a base plate attached. Therefore I was under the impression that I was buying the complete item. However, I have now discovered that the base plate is sold as a separate item. THIS IS NOT MADE VERY CLEAR ON THE WEB PAGE SHOWING THE SPIN TOOL. I am not best pleased as now I have to spend another amount of money to acquire the said base plate before any use can be made of my purchase. IT NEEDS TO BE MADE MORE CLEAR THAT THE ITEMS ARE SOLD SEPARATELY.

Gleich vorweg: Das Sizzix Stamp & Spin Tool ist *kein* eigenständiges Werkzeug. Es funktioniert ausschließlich als Zubehör zum Sizzix Stencil & Stamp Tool (664896) . Wer letzteres noch nicht besitzt, wird sich vermutlich überlegen, ob er zusätzlich zu den gut 40 EUR für das Spin Tool noch einmal rund 55 EUR für das Stamp Tool (Preise Anfang Januar 2025) ausgeben will. Wer jedoch das Stamp Tool bereits hat und/oder sich vom Preis nicht abschrecken lässt, erhält hier eine qualitativ hochwertige Ergänzung, mit der man ganz einfach konzentrische Muster bis Ø21 cm stempeln kann. Ich bin durch ein YouTube-Video von der Creativation-Messe 2024 in den USA über das Spin Tool gestolpert und war sofort Feuer und Flamme, weil mich die dort demonstrierte Funktionsweise einfach überzeugt hat. Das Spin-Tool besteht aus zwei Teilen, die durch einen mintgrünen Button zusammengehalten werden. Die Oberseite, die anstelle des regulären Deckels in die Plattform eingesetzt wird, ist starr und lässt sich mittels zweier Laschen leicht anheben. Das Rad auf der Unterseite ist um 360° in beide Richtungen drehbar. Das Raster auf dem Rad ist durch 8 durchgezogene Linien unterteilt in 8 Segmente, die jeweils einen Winkel von 45° abdecken. Passend dazu gibt es 8 fixe Einrastpunkte, die man beim Drehen deutlich spürt. Zur konzentrischen Unterteilung sind auf dem Rad Kreislinien im Abstand von 4,5 / 6,5 / 8,5 / 10,5 cm vom Mittelpunkt angebracht. Daneben gibt es noch 4 gestrichelte Linien im Winkel von 90°, an denen man z. B. Turnabout Stamps von Concord & 9th ausrichten kann. Insgesamt kann man sogar 32 Positionen stempeln, wenn man sich beim Weiterdrehen an den 32 Zapfen orientiert, die am Rand des Rads angebracht sind.
