Fantastic - clear and easy to set up
I am not a techie - but I didn't need to be with this. I literally plugged it in and was ready to go. the picture is crystal clear and video quality is also great. I use this all the time now for Zoom and I love it. Not cheap, but worth the extra money

Well made and works brilliantly
I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived, it is better than I expected. Although made of some kind of plastic, it is not plasticky, but neat, smart and well finished. The movements work well, and it folds up very compact for transport or storage. The picture/video quality is very good, and the Visualiser software that goes with it (a free download) is good-looking, modern and professional. I see that a few reviewers have noted problems with either installation, or with flickering pictures. I had no such trouble, I plugged it into my Mac, it worked immediately and gave smooth stable pictures.I am particularly interested in being able to see close-up detail; The first picture of an A5 document is entirely legible, and would still be if the print were a good deal smaller. The second picture of a bunch of keys is about as close as it will focus, which is to say about 85mm from the subject, and covering a field of view 100mm wide. The third picture (of a battery) is a screenshot of the visualiser showing the magnifier in action - there are other viewing aids too. It will also focus on things further away of course, as far as infinity. It works with Zoom and Webex Meetings. And if you want a camera that faces you straight on for online meetings, rather than showing the top of your head, sit this in front of the screen and get a better angle - it is small enough that you can still see other people past it!Overall, I'm very happy with this and can recommend it.

2nd half blind man
I also have AMD and this apparatus replaces a rather unwieldy optoma/VGA setup. It is an impressive piece of kit, well designed and functional. BUT with my win7x64 PC the software is a bit flakey - it is very nearly excellent except for it refusing to go away when asked - leading to an unwelcome restart of the PC. The software is still better in action than any of the rivals I have - shame about the bug.PS 23/08/18 The above comments were for win7x64 - just tried it on win10x64 with disasterous results - the Visualiser software would not show anything and crashed frequently seizing the PC - totally useless - sent it back

Focal distance could be greater
Tried a couple of USB cameras. This one is great! Good picture quality, even in less than ideal lighting levels. Camera filters are a bit of a gimic, but the other features are all well thought out and easy to use. Setting it up is a doddle. I bought this for teaching electronics, so resolution of circuit boards needs to be good. The only issue I found is the either the arm need to be longer, or the zoom needs to go futher out so more can be captured. Solved by adding two extra 15cm sections to the articulated arm (wood, nuts and bolts). It now caputres A3 area. Before it was a little over A4 area. Zoom feature is great. As is image rotation and overlaying grids. Tested on a couple of web meeting platforms (Webex and Google) and the feedback from viewers was favourable.

Great for visual facilitation
Great product, did exactly as I expected, the camera type was a suggestion from a friend, a visual facilitator, and I was not disappointed. In these days of remote working it allows me to grab a whiteboard (paper on my desk) and show what is difficult to express in words.

Excellent book scanner
It works exactly as it's supposed to, just plug it in, download the software (URL on a sticker on the base) and off you go. By default, its resolution is set quite low, and an ordinary sized book won't fit in the frame. Just click on the resolution icon and set ti to maximum, and everything is fine. If you want to scan A3 sized documents, you'll need to stand the camera on a couple of books to boost its height. But hey, equivalent devices with long enough arms to scan A3 cost three times as much. The native software is brilliantly easy to use for scanning books. If you want to scan books, this is just the trick. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great!
I have it set up in my phone repair lab and it’s a great edition! I can record what I am doing instead of having to write notes and the quality is great!

Nice camera, poor software
The camera itself is good but the arm could be a little longer: I need to show students the process of sketching and producing A3 size engineering drawings ona drawing board. To see the entire A3 sheet the arm needs to be half as long again. The base is weighted well and forms a stable armature for vibration free filming. The software would not load onto my tower computer, at least it installed but would not run afterward andf Ipevo were not able to solve this. There is an online version of the presenter software and an app for chrome so there were ways around this but why would t not run when installed? This is not good.Overall I am pleased as I can do what I need but this does have some issues which need sorting by Ipevo.
