FOREO UFO Full Facial LED Face Mask Treatment, Red Light Therapy Face Care, Korean Skincare, Thermotherapy, Cryotherapy, Face Massager, Moisturiser, Increased Skin Care Absorption, Pearl Pink

As I have the Foreo Luna 3 which I think is great I wanted to try this but didn't really want to pay that much so when I saw it on offer during Black Friday I took the plunge.I chose the pink as I liked the colour, it looks good with the gold centre. I also bought a selection of masks that were on offer too and was eager to try it. I've waited a few weeks so I can give an honest review so here are my thoughts:I absolutely love it, it's easy to use and I use it every evening, I love the warmth on my skin and I've had several compliments recently, people asking if I've changed my foundation when I've not actually got any on so I was buzzing at that.It's useful to use the app at the beginning as it shows you how to move it across your face but you don't need it, press once for day mode and press twice for night mode.The masks are really good value, one mask can be reused 3 times as there's a lot of serum in the packet. I use a mask twice a week and use serum the other evenings, the sheet is useful to save after 3 uses when the mask serum has been used up. I put the sheet on the ufo and drop 4/5 drops of my night serum onto it and set it on night mode, it really works the serum in well, much better than using your fingers and the heat massage is wonderful, it really relaxes me before bed.I noticed one review claimed the UFO is for cash rich and time poor women but I disagree, I'm time rich and cash poor but I wouldn't be without it, I think it's a must for any woman over 40 who wants to take care of her skin to help delay the ageing process and pamper herself at the same time.

I’ve been using UFO for a month now and I’m really happy with it.I try to use it every day but sometimes I don’t cause I’m lazy. I really like the fact that it is really quick so it is perfect for people like me who haven’t much time to take care of their skin.I find it relaxing to use, I absolutely love the texture and the color (I’ve got the pink version).Once you have used it on your face, your skin feels soft and smooth, you feel so good.The app is really intuitive and easy to use, you can use the device without the app as well, but there are less treatments available.I love the brand Foreo, I already had some of their devices, but this one is definitely my favourite.I think the masks are quite expensive but they’re really good, so it is worth your while to spend your money on them.

Perfect for my skin

I was really excited about using this, but I've found it a bit underwhelming. It feels nice enough when you're giving yourself the facial, but whether the masks/device actually make any sort of difference to your skin, I don't know. I haven't seen any changes and I've been using it twice a week for a few months; your skin does look a bit brighter just after using the device, but that's likely because of the increased blood flow from where you've been rubbing something on your face (i.e. you'd get the same sort of effect from rubbing a wet flannel on your face).The masks have loads of serum in them, so you can definitely re-use them up to three times. The device is neat and simple to use, but the £160 price tag is steep for a face mask device that I'm not sure really does anything.

Nice gadget to have but too pricey. The warmth function is very nice especially doing the facial treatment in winter days. Have only tried two types of masks so far. Will try more to test it out. Overall, it does save you lots of time to do a facial mask and mentally let you think it makes your skin look better since it's expensive...

I was looking forward to using this but had to curb my excitement as I struggled to get into the plastic box it came in. It all seemed a bit confusing at first but a quick look at the 6 page User Manual (downloaded) soon clarified everything, and the app talks you through the treatment.The device comes with a USB charging device, a very brief picture-based Quick Start Guide leaflet, and instructions to download the app and go to the company's website for the User Manual. It also comes with 3 boxes of masks (Glow Addict, H2 Overdose, and Youth Junkie) each box containing 6 masks, as well as 5 loose sachets of masks, 2 of Call it a Night and 3 of Make My Day.I briefly recharged the device, and downloaded the app onto my phone, which synchronises with the device via Bluetooth. I had to create a user account in the app and scan in the bar code from the back of the mask sachet which tells the app which mask you are using, presumably so that it knows how long to run the device's program for and when to heat up the device, cool it down, and go into massage mode etc.Instructions were to make sure my skin was clean and dry, and open the mask sachet (I chose the Make My Day mask: 'Hydrating and Anti-Pollution'). The sachet contains a thin fabric pad (the mask), soaked in a clear gel.I had to fix the mask to the device by lifting off a plastic ring, and putting the mask on the device and then replacing the plastic ring. I then pressed start on the app and turned on the device, and was startled when a woman's voice emanated from the app telling me to relax and describing what the device was doing as the led lights changed from red to green. The warm sensation is pleasant, but I found that the shape of the device was a bit too chunky to comfortably glide over my nose and you can't get into the creases of your nose. The whole cycle took about 90 seconds.The instructions were to never put the device on your skin without the mask being attached, but I noticed 3/4 of the way through that it had slipped loose from the ring without my knowledge, although it doesn't seem any damage was done.Although you can immediately repeat the treatment if you wish, the mask is meant to be thrown away after use. The device itself is simply rinsed clean. A box of 7 masks (Call it a Night) on Amazon cost £9.90. My skin did look more cleansed than usual after 2 treatments, but I don't know whether this was simply caused by the gel in the sachet rather than the method of application. Nevertheless, it was quick and fun to use, although very expensive, and I'm not sure I'd be using it every day given the cost of the masks. I hope the price of these comes down.

Did not hold charge and USB cable is not a genuine foreo cable. Could this be a fake

This is amazing - after 1st use I felt so relaxed and my skin was glowing - really felt like a luxurious facial I'm so lucky my hubby treated me to this for my birthday! Best thing I've used in ages! Love it! X
