Men's Banded Collar Dress Shirt

I don't see people wearing this style much (if at all) any more -- except for the clergy. However, if you like it, buy it! I found the fit to be near perfect. However, as a clergyperson looking for a less expensive shirt I could wear with a collar, it was a little loose around the neck. A slightly smaller collar size might work, or we may be destined to buy actual clergy shirts at retail prices.

I am very pleased with this shirt. I bought it for singing with my choir (we must wear all black in concerts). It's fit is just right for me, but then, I carefully read all the reviews, as well as the size chart. The quality is very nice. I'm about to wash it, so I will amend this if my opinion changes, but so far, it's just what I wanted.

The first shirt I ordered - third pic - came with a stain (blood?). It was nicely packaged, in the way one would expect; neatly folded/cardboard insert, etc. But, I obviously returned it because of the stain. The second shirt- PICS 1 & 2- came wadded up and stuffed, in a 6'x6" plastic bag. Ridiculous. WHERE IS THE QUALITY CONTROL THAT SHOULD BE IN PLACE?!!

I bought this shirt for my husband because he refuses to wear a tie with a sport coat or suit. Hillbilly. Anyway, I ordered this shirt and my husband loves it and plans to wear it to church on Easter.

For me, finding shirts on a rack that fit, is always frustrating. I was skeptical about buying one online. I must say that this shirt fits perfectly; the sleeves, shoulders, neck and body fit as if the shirt were tailored for me. Thank you!

The shirt fits well and looks great. I like the mix of cotton and polyester it just works and the shirt looks great all day long. I will buy again just wish you had a model that did not have covered buttons, you know, a more of a sporty model. Love the shirt, it looks good with a sport coat or alone with slacks or jeans.

Fit me well, although it was a little baggy in the waist. A slim fit would've been ideal, but that was not offered. The important thing is that it fits my neck, and that the arms be the correct length, and they are.

Though these shirts are often viewed as clerical, I just find them stylish without a tie. Together with a sharp jacket and jeans makes a stylish statement though someone might identify you as hip and interesting and this could be a problem if you're not.
