Good quality punch training apparatus to aid strength and conditioning of the upper body.
The speedball platform arrived in good condition. It came pre- assembled and was easy to install as per the instructions. The hook for holding the punch ball in place I had to replace , as it didn' t hold the the ball up well for me to strike but that was my preference. Apart from that the speedball platform is well manufactured, as well as being a good exercise punch apparatus for sharpening up your reflexes and gentile toning of the upper arms and chest.
