I have used it for more than one year and it works perfectly. The important thing I noticed is that keeping it inside the fridge will keep it more clean and it will require very less cleaning. I used to clean it when I replace filter only. If you keep it outside in the kitchen with room temperature then it will require more cleaning to avoid fungus, just keep it inside the fridge. The water test much better when we started using this filter. Sometime I use power bank to charge it while keeping it inside the fridge :)

I received the product without the 1xFilter so because of that 1 star. Luckily I did order extra filters so I used a filter from separately paid filter and water seems okay. Can tell better about results and experience after longer use.
