Worked well for long thick hair
Got this to cover up very long dreadlocks and it did so with no trouble. It was snug, but obvs it needs to be in order to keep the water out. Keep my hair dry and wasn't so tight that I got a headache or anything. Wore consistently for nearly 2 hours and did not interfere with snorkling gear. I will say that it took a bit of effort to put on but given the amount of hair, I can't complain. Probably might work better if you ask someone to help you put it on. :)

Does the job and does it well
This is a much better fit than the Speedo "large" swimcap. My hair is either tied back or in two braids before swimming. The cap is easy to put on, does not slip off while swimming, and keeps hair dry. Your bottom edges or around your ears may get wet, especially if you lift the cap off your ears temporarily for better hearing (just leave in place otherwise). It's a tight fit and kind of "stretches/scrunches" your forehead a bit as another reviewer mentioned. No headaches so far after a month of use a few times a week (or rips!), and tbh how your swimcap looks on your face isn't too important in a beginner swim class so long as you can see, water doesn't get in your ears, and you don't spend half the class fighting with it to stay in place.

Looking forward to wearing more!
I’ve used it once so far. I have mid-back/ bra strap length sisterlocs and the cap kept my locs dry during my first swim lesson. Not too tight, good design, easy to put on and protected my hair just the way I wanted. The cap is flexible and of good quality which helps get the cap on and set.

Works great for braids!!
Keeps my braids dry!!! Love that I can swim my laps and finish with braids dry! No water seeping in and the fit is perfect! Easy to put on and covers my whole head and has plenty of room for my braids. Great for long hair too! Great value!!!

I’d recommend for my braided and loc’d girlies
Really nice swim cap for braided hair styles. My daughter needed a cap large enough for lower back braids and this worked well. The only downside was that water did get into the cap but majority of the head stayed dry. I would say that probably happened more so because my daughter decided to move the cap around on her head after I had already applied it. She did complain about it feeling a bit tight and uncomfortable but once she got it adjusted to her liking she no longer complained.

Perfect for locs and longer lengths! Comfortably snug!
Needed something quick and this was the best deal. I purchased two XLs (one for myself and 14yr old daughter). My daughter’s locs are just short of waist length and covered them seamlessly! She said it fit well and was comfortably snug. I have shoulder length microlocs, so I shouldn’t have any problems. I pulled on the top and doesn’t seem like it’ll slip off easily unless you wear your ears outside the cap—which I wouldn’t advise. Thicker cap than I expected. Looks to be functional for backyard pool play and going underwater. Perfect design for longer lengths of hair! ***I purchased another brand (Seago) for my 10 and 4 year olds since the XL YOGINGO is for more of an adult head circumference. Will def buy YOGINGO in a smaller size for them down the line. Much thicker caps with this brand***

Technically, it’ll do (but still searching)
Technically, it does the job. It allowed me to get my bulky braided hair in (imagine shoulder length box braids). And, after doing a variety of swim strokes (front, back, & breast) for about 45 mins, only the edges of my hair were damp. I wore it with the cap pulled below my ears to secure the suction (because this is suggested for the major brand extended caps). Else, I don’t believe it would have bonded/suctioned well, to prevent water from fully entering. Cons: The design of the cap introduces unexpected issues. First, once you secure the cap onto your head, it pulls your facial skin down & forward. I don’t know how good that is for your skin overtime. And, it’s makes it uncontrollable for your face, not to mention that you may look like a characture. Once you start turning your head (to breathe) for the front stroke, water begins to get in your ears and it stays (because of the cap’s design). The cap interferes with the fit of your goggles, allowing water to get into them because they can no longer fully suction to your face. Overall, it will do. However, it made for an uncomfortable swimming experience. So, I will continue looking for a more comfortable fit that prevents majority of your hair from getting wet/soaked. The inside of the cap makes me think of a kickball material, fyi.

Works but irritated my skin
So it does fit over my hair. I don't know if it's 100% silicone. I'm allergic to latex and this makes my forehead break out in the way latex does. If you don't have sensitive skin it's great! Keeps my hair dry. Fits my loooonnnggg locs. I got an XL and it's tight on my big head. Would I buy another one? No because of the skin irritation. Would I recommend it to a friend? Probably.
