Love all the different options: timer and remote (both not yet used), oscillate vertically and horizontally, one-touch turbo windspeed and increase/decrease wind speed 1-10. All controls are touch-sensitive making it much easier to clean the dust from the control panel. I am yet to clean the fan blades but the option is there to remove the protective grill to do so. It is quiet, except on the turbo setting but not that intrusive. And it does reach to my daughter's bedhead from the bedfoot. The only negative is that it does not tilt down manually from the horizontal position to use it at an elevated position. Good buy, hoping it will last.

It not only circulates air brilliantly but can also direct strong air to cool you down instantly. Silent on low circulation level but still circulating fine. Great little remote. Perfect for us (we live in a small house with small rooms). Would and have recommended to friends with dogs for summer time cooling.

After doing a search for a quiet fan, I decided on Mycarbon's desk fan. I can't rate it highly enough! I wanted a quiet fan for the bedroom and wow, it's brilliant. Other than for a beep when you first turn it on it runs so quietly. Obviously, if you want it on a higher setting the volume will go up but for a gently overnight breeze the no. 1 setting is perfect.

I use a fan at night but my husband cannot stand the noise of the fan so needed something quiet. This fan is almost silent at speeds 3 and below (out of 12 settings) and I find 3 to be perfect for bedside proximity. It is very cooling. The beeps on the buttons are very loud (if you have a partner asleep it is loud enough to wake them). After one month of use I am noticing sometimes I can’t turn it on (with the on button or remote) for several tries which is odd. But it does go on eventually. Overall I am very pleased with the quietness and power.

Great Fan and remote control ideal for someone like me who is 67 year's old.

While this is a bit more expensive than most fans it's well worth the money. It's silent with useful directional features which can be controlled with a handy remote so you can get it exactly right from your seating position.
