Bought this screen after purchasing from another supplier who expected me to jump through hoops because their product was substandard, cut my losses, and ordered this.The tools supplied are more than adequate to do the job, have a look at the YouTube videos online, every thing is very straightforward.Screen resolution is superb, phone operates as an iPhone should. Cant comment on customer services as I didn’t need them, would I recommend?A big fat YES.👍

This is the 2nd time I have bought a screen from LL trader. One for me amd one for my wife’s phone. Both came with tools and well packaged and were easy to fit. Good quality screens with no issues.

No complaints. Does what it says and very durable, good protection and easy to use.

It would be worth it if you bought a better suction cup as the one provided didn’t hold to the screen very well. The pry tools are also easy to break so it’s worth having extra. The screen installation was easy and stress free. Everything about the screen is perfect although you lose a couple of features but what can you say for £20 I highly recommend .

Perfect! Removing the old screen is difficult and the supplied suction cup does not have enough suction to lift the screen but once removed the new screen is simple to install.I’d recommend watching a YouTube video before dismantling your phone.Plugging the connectors is fiddly but easy enough to do, this screen is slightly thicker than the original so does not fit flush with the case.The screen is excellent though, the touch sensitivity is brilliant and the picture is crystal clear and crisp with great colour contrast.Perfect for reviving an old phone and making it like new.

Install is very fiddly putting the splash proof seal onto the screen edge. Would have been better pre-fixed to the new screen and pull off the protection film just before closing onto phone frame.Screen works very well although the colours a noticeably off and a bit dull.But as it's now usable and working very well it's not such a problem but looses a star.I'd still buy another unless there are better ones out there.Finally, the usual Apple settings warning -' None Genuine Part Installed'So WHAT!!Who wants to pay £250 to have a screen fixed by Apple.

This is the second time I've purchased the screen, due to the fact that it worked so well, but that my teenager is careless and broke it for the second time. it's a great value works excellent, and is easy to change and most importantly, my teenager is happy with her device again. Lol.
