This foot rest is great. It is adjustable, sturdy and is ample size to rest my feet on throughout the day. Some reviews mention it slides all over I have not endured that on carpet or hardwood floors. If you need an economical and adjustable foot rest this is a great find

I keep this under my desk at work. I live in heels which results in tight calves. This has really helped to loosen them up.

If you sit with your knees together, this is the footrest for you.Doesn't really work for me, I would need one for each foot to actually be comfortable.Build quality is fine, but one of the massage rollers pinched my toe while I was fiddling with it.

I really like this foot rest! The only negative thing is that it slides on the floor mat. I wish it had something on the bottom to prevent this otherwise it would be very comfortable and help maintain good posture. It is a good size, not too big and not too small. It is durable and worth the price.
