The Preciva Ferrule Crimping Tool Kit is a fantastic tool to have if you do any wiring that requires ferrules. Most modern machinery these days all require wire ferrules. I have other tools that give you a square crimp ferrule, but this tool provide you with what they call a hexagonal or almost round six sided crimp. The quality of this crimp is outstanding look at the photos I provided. From now on, this is my go to crimp tool. The kit provides a case with a large assortment of different gauge size ferrules. This is truly an outstanding tool. I would highly recommend it.

Very comfortable and easy to use because it is self adjusting. No worries about getting the right crimp depth, this tool nails it every time. If you're landing stranded wire into terminal blocks then you'd better get yourself one of these little gems. The time saved on troubleshooting will be worth small cost.

The tool itself actuates nice and smoothly and feels like it will last for a long time. The ferrules themselves seem cheap but highly functional. Just make sure the ferrule is the right size for the gauge of wire you're using it shouldn't have too much excess room or it will slip off. I did a couple crimps that came off but I was using a ferrule that was a little bit too big. I like that this does a hexagonal crimp as opposed to my previous crimper that only did square crimping. Overall a nice kit for the price. I mainly end up using these on my 3d Printer to attach wires to the board securely.

The tool fits your hand well and isn’t too heavy, and It makes crimping wires easy with one hand. The 1200 piece has a crimp connector for what ever wire you have.

The media could not be loaded.  I have no issues with the tool itself. It seems reasonable quality for the price. See video.But towards the end of my video, you will see that I comment upon the ferrules themselves, and how badly they shortchanged me.The ferrule kit short-changed the 16 AWG ferrules by MORE THAN 100pc. My kit has 146 of the 16awg ferrules, but is supposed to have 250pc of that size.NOT ACCEPTABLE. 16awg is one of the most popular sizes.Cannot recommend because I was shortchanged ** more than 100pcs ** of ferrules in the most common size. For clarity, I did not count the other sizes because they dont look shortchanged. It was obvious upon unpacking the kit that the black 16awg were substantially missing.

This pack has an excellent diversity of crimp connections to ensure secure electrical connections. This allows you to protect wire ends and modify wire ends for specific applications. Highly recommend! Easy to install :)

I don't need this as a Pro tool to be used daily so for me this set is perfect. I'll use it a few times a year.The tool functions just like I need it to. The fittings are sufficient for me and this whole set is way better than twisting and cob-jobbing things.I'm happy.

The ferrule crimping tool works like a charm. The tool is sturdy and easily crimps onto the wire. The connection is solid.The ferrule collection is large and logical. The more commonly used units are in a greater quantity and the selection is great. I like good tools and this is one.

Just to be clear, the seller said they would reimburse me for the product if I write a review. However, my comments are my own, regardless.Overall I was pretty impressed with the crimper. The quality seems decent. I have a different one were the ratcheting mechanism just feels, kind of cheap, but this one seems better. The red plastic is a harder plastic, whereas the blue around the outside is a slightly softer, more grippy material. Overall feels nice to use, however, I could not say what it might be like when using for extended periods.I included a photo of some of the crimps it did. They are in order of increasing tension from left to right. With left being the minimum setting, right being max and the middle ones being somewhere in the middle. The smaller wire is 20 AWG and the larger wire is 12 AWG.The included kit of ferrules is nice, but do note that where are not very many ferrules for the larger wire, so if you are doing lots of larger stuff, you may want to get some more. Overall this seems like a good value for all that you need to do ferrule crimping.

I was very impressed by the build and quality of the tool. Built solid and able to close tight giving you good crimping around the connectors. I'm happy by how this tool worked so far!Worth the price!

The crimping tool itself is well built and worked amazing on the few ferrules I've done so far. The kit comes with alot of ferrules in many sizes. Honestly, for the price, the tool alone is worth it. The kit with all the ferrules is a great bonus. Even came with instructions although it's very intuitive.

This is a great crimper that comes with lots and a good variety of ferrules. My boss had a preciva kit as well and I had to get one for myself. Great bang for your buck.
