Sounds Great!
Prior to receiving this I watched a few videos on YouTube regarding setup. The problems and frustrations people had were concerning. Once it arrived, I read the setup instructions, followed, boom, everything connected and I was surrounded by sound. Maybe because I have an LG tv. I don't know. I added the LG Thin Q app to my phone. All the settings for the sound bar are within. Perhaps I got lucky in the entire setup process, I don't know. I'm glad I purchased this product and can now enjoy full surround sound.

AWESOME! Easy to set up, shocking sound quality, powerful enough for me, without piasing of the neighbors! LG continues to impress. Lots of customization in the app that makes having an amp/receiver/equalizer unnecessary.

Amazing sound, simple setup.
Paired with OLED C5 the sound is amazing, like you are sitting at the movies. Loved the rear speakers being Bluetooth and no wires to run. Sub has great "feel it rumble" sound! Another great product from LG!

Quality control failure. Front grill not in place, right out of the box
Look at those pictures, right out of the box. Haven't hooked it up yet. Hope it works after seeing the way it was assembled

Surprised
I have to be honest wasn't that impressed with the sound quality of this. super complex to really set up for the best use of it. There is a reason the manual is not included with the product, it's 77 pages long. This unit was expensive ($696.00) and only did it because I am super impressed with the sound quality and ease of use on the more less expensive model LGS60T 3.1 for around $196.00. My opinion save your money and buy the less expensive model for just as good of quality if not better.
