So far this is great! It isn’t too hot. It charges fine. I got sick of doing the microwave bean eye mask. It’s too hot at first plus it smells after several uses. I love that the cover of this can be washed. I would recommend it to anyone who wants rechargeable, cordless freedom. I charge it every 2-3 uses so it doesn’t stop working in the middle of a treatment. It fits well and is adjustable. It doesn’t feel heavy on my eyes. I feel very relaxed while using it.

Well made! Good quality. Good price. Comfortable. Blocks all light. Good weigh. The only thing I’m not too crazy about is having to take it out of the case to charge it.

Easy and a fairly fast charge up. I keep on high setting due to severe dry eye problems. The heat lasts about 15 minutes and I get approx. 3 uses before having to put on USB charge. Some people say the heat doesn't last long enough so my solutions was to order 2. It helps and is another tool for me to use in my dry eye battle. The straps are adjustable, it completely blocks the light and fully heats all parts of my eyes.

Update on 11-13-25 I received a new mask after the company Customer Service rep. saw my one star rating. I've had the new mask for only a couple weeks so I can't vouch for its longevity, but I've upgraded my rating to three stars because customer service stood behind its product. I'm hoping this one lasts longer than the first mask. I loved this mask at first because it helped my dry eye condition, but after 8 months use, it doesn't heat well or last for more than a few minutes. It's comfortable and easy to use, but I'm very disappointed that I can't get more than four minutes (I timed it) of lukewarm temperature. It's very discouraging because the mask is useless as it is.

I bought this mainly for my dry eyes, and it works beyond expectations! The heating is very even and consistent, providing a long-lasting warmth that significantly relieves eye strain and dryness. The purple color is lovely, and the fact that the cover is washable makes it very hygienic.

This eye mask is very convenient and easy to use for my dry eyes. USB charge no cords to worry about and comfortable and sturdy on the eyes. I have washed the outer cover with warm soapy water and everything fitted back together very nicely. I use it on the highest setting and I get about 5 uses before next charge. I can highly recommend this eye mask.
