Amazing game performance.. good for college life
got this as a recommendation from my friend and bought it… been using this since 3 months now and very happy with it. The thermal control is very good and the graphic is great. Battery slightly is a challenge when gaming and I usually keep it plugged in when playing.

Laptop is good but you wont get offer from HP
I recently bought an HP OMEN laptop and have been quite satisfied with its performance. However, one of the main reasons I chose this model was because of the "Back to College" offer that was advertised. After making my purchase, I registered for the offer, only to receive an email from HP stating that my claim had been rejected. The reason provided was that I purchased the laptop from an unauthorized channel partner, specifically "Amazon - Appario Retail Private Ltd - Coimbatore."Here is the email I received from HP:Dear Mr. Sandeep,Warm greetings of the day!With reference to your redemption code BTYZ151429BT, we would like to inform you that we have received your claim under HP Onam Offer 2024. Unfortunately, your claim has been rejected due to the purchase being made through an unauthorized channel partner, i.e., "Amazon - Appario Retail Private Ltd - Coimbatore." Therefore, we are unable to process your claim.Once again, thank you for contacting us.Warm regards,HP Redemption CellNow, I deeply regret making this purchase, as the offer was a significant factor in my decision. This experience has left me disappointed, and I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing HP products through third-party sellers.

Screen problem
The laptop arrived on 7th July 2024 , On 8th July around 11 AM the laptop screen display started to malfunction, the color inverted to opposite the black pixels became white and all other color as well.With in 24 hours the product started malfunction.The Amazon didn't picked up after I set it for return.They just postponed it .It's 1 August 2024 the refund is not even initiated, I thought at this prize the product would be a priority product but it's not handled right , I called the customer service many times but it is of no use.

Why on earth doest it not have RGB keyboard???? its such a common thing these days. Not good for a laptop this costly

Bad product sound quality is good but battery is draining to fast , sometimes it malfunctions also, not recommended by me

After 30 days my laptop shut down and not on. I complained it but not attend hp service engineer.

Poor Barttery life
Everything except battery is best in this laptop.Its battery life is 1-1.5 hrs doing very light tasks like ms office work, video watching, net surfing etc on 30% brightness and kb backlight off. Even when nothing is running its standby time is also 1-1.5 hrs. I have purchased this over a lenovo loq is due to its better advertised battery life, but its same as loq
