They're handy, but not huge
These pliers are on the 'small-ish' side for those of us with typically large male hands. If you're looking for much more leverage, you'll need larger pliers. The smallish size of these Klein electrician pliers make them handy for your tool pouch, especially because the wire strippers, cutters, and other features make them a better one-tool-does-all choice. The handles are comfortable and the weight and build quality is likewise excellent.

Best lineman's pliers I've used
I'd read that these are the best electrician's and lineman's pliers out there. True to the Klein name these pliers are nice! The ergonomic shape of the insulated handles are big plus, and the cross-hatched pattern on the jaws make for easy wire twisting. The cutters are sure and sharp. The fulcrum is precisely machined and well-placed, making the strippers for 10, 12, and 14 ga wire work easily. Icannot ind anything about these pliers that I don't like.

Great pliers for residential
I’ve tried several different styles of wire strippers and these are by far my favorite. These pliers are really great if you do residential because you have your main wire gauges and good wide pliers for twisting wires. I use the veto mp1 tool pouch and it fits perfect in it. I don’t carry my regular lineman’s because these can get the job done most of the time unless you have to twist a lot of wires. When I have to go into a tight crawl or attic I take these pliers and my 11 in 1 and that can typically get the job done, and in a pinch I’ll even use these pliers to nail up a box or put a couple staples in.

Professional quality and great for every day use.
This hybrid linesman/electrician pliers found a place in my work bags on day one. That's rare. It does not replace a long nose or a small compact hand stripper, or a compound large wire cutter, but is great at cutting and twisting in places too cramp for larger heavier linesman pliers. For working with 10 and 12 all day, it's great.Summary: If you're a tradesman, there's only so much space in our bags and every tool has to has it's own slot. And, a lighter and simpler setup is always a good thing. (do not care for heavy tools)Time will tell how long the mouth serrations stay sharp or start to smooth out like cheap pliers.Suggestion: try it.

Great tool that comes with a price.
Great linesman tool. You need this for electrical works. Deducted one star for being very expensive like all Klein products. but the tool itself is wonderful.

Hands down the best
These are by far my favorite lineman’s pliers. Strip and twist all in one tool. Short handle so less cumbersome. -local 134

Comfortable and versatile Multi-tool that can reduce the number of carry tools.
This hybrid tool does the work of several common electrical job tools and can reduce the number of carry tools needed. It’s a good value for a multi-tool and very comfortable to use. It is likely to become a go-to tool for most electrical wiring jobs. The only tool it can’t replace is a needle nose.
