Great value and quality
So I’ve bought this projector for when me and my mrs goes camping. Now as it’s my first and only projector I’ve nothing to compare it to but nether the less I’m very happy with it. It’s really easy to set up. Like most projectors it’s at its best in a dark room. Great picture quality and I’d say it’s a fairly good sound quality but I wouldn’t say it’s super great like some reviewers would. I did connect it to my Bluetooth speaker but there was a slight lag that bugged me. Maybe there’s a way to change that but I’ve not figured it out yet. The fan noise is noticeable but it disappears as you get used to it. Overall I think for the price (£99 when I purchased it) it’s a fantastic piece of kit.

Sound is tad overrated but image quality shines
I've owned all 3 Aurzen model projectors now and it did not take me long to determine from testing the Boom 3, has the most natural colours, and the image is sharper, and more dynamic, than its siblings. It's not perfection yet, but it is the best experience of the 3, and probably the best projector on Amazon, at this price. The built in speakers are decent. It's not going to be able to compete with a quality sound bar or 5.1, but it does the job. My son said without asking him that he thought the sound on the projector was good. I think to be fair, we have the projector high up behind us so sonically not the best position. For the price I paid for this model, you are getting exceptional value for money. Even the GUI and remote control is fast and zippy with no lag. The projector looks great, is well made, and I was relieved the fan noise is reasonably quiet and does not bother me, and I am quite fussy. My guest also mentioned the fan notice was a non issue. I really hope Aurzen build on their growing reputation. I'd love them to release an affordable 4K projector soon. Keep up the good work.

Simply astonishing. Amazing sound
If you're in the market for a projector that combines stellar audio quality with impressive visuals, look no further than this gem! As someone who values both crisp image and immersive sound, I can confidently say that this projector exceeds expectations on both fronts. Let's start with the audio. Unlike many projectors in its price range, this one boasts the best-in-class inner speaker. It has 4 speakers, while all other projectors have only 1 speaker. Whether you're watching a movie, gaming with friends, or giving a presentation, the sound quality is simply outstanding. With rich bass, clear vocals, and immersive surround sound, you'll feel like you're right in the middle of the action, all without the need for external speakers. Of course, what good is fantastic audio without equally impressive visuals? Thankfully, this projector delivers in spades. The image quality is bright, vibrant, and crystal clear, making every detail pop off the screen. Whether you're projecting onto a wall or a dedicated screen, the picture remains sharp and vivid, even in well-lit environments. Plus, with easy-to-adjust settings, achieving the perfect image is a breeze. But perhaps what sets this projector apart is its user-friendly design. From setup to navigation, every aspect has been thoughtfully crafted to be intuitive and hassle-free. Whether you're a tech enthusiast or a casual user, you'll appreciate how easy it is to get up and running in no time. In summary, this projector is a true standout in its class. With unparalleled audio quality, stunning visuals, and effortless usability, it's a must-have for anyone looking to elevate their home.

Lovely piece of kit with some minor niggles
OK So positives first. The setup out of the box is simple (Ours is ceiling mounted) The menu is straight forward and the units auto focus is pin sharp. Setting up Netflix and Amazon was just a matter of signing in. The picture quality is excellent even under low light and the sound is crisp and sharp (even better with the speaker cover removed. The fan noise is low level and you don't notice it at all if you ramp the sound up. The remote is well thought out with amazon and netflix having dedicated buttons. Downsides... You cannot sideload anything onto the unit. It comes with a limited amount of apps you can install from its appstore, anything else you will have to plug a firestick into it and sideload onto the firestick. On top of the unit is a circular knob which is illuminated. You cannot turn the illumination off and it is very bright. My unit is ceiling mounted (in the bedroom) so the knob is on the bottom... once you turn the unit to standby the knob stays lit and its bright enough to illuminate a darkened room. the only way to turn the light off is to unplug the unit (i have solved this by plugging the unit into an alexa plug so that i can just say 'projector off' and the power to the unit is switched off, otherwise you have to unplug the unit to get the light to switch off. on the whole i am very pleased with this projector, it is a good quality build that more than meets our needs.

Good value for the price, but with clear limitations
I’ve been using the AURZEN 4K Supported Smart Projector (Netflix Officially & Dolby Audio) for a while now, and I’d say it’s decent overall, as long as expectations are realistic. On the downside, it’s a bit noisier than I’d hoped — the fan is noticeable in quieter scenes. Brightness is also fairly limited, so it really works best in a darkened room rather than daylight or ambient light. The built-in audio is serviceable but not great; dialogue is fine, but it lacks depth and volume, so an external speaker is definitely an upgrade worth considering. That said, there are some solid positives. For the price, it’s good value. The onboard apps are convenient — having Netflix built in and ready to go is a big plus, and setup was straightforward. The unit itself feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy or toy-like. Overall, it’s a reasonable budget projector for casual use, but not one for home cinema perfectionists. If you’re after something affordable with built-in streaming and Wi-Fi connectivity and can live with the compromises, it does the job.

stopped working only 3 months after purchase
Very disappointed with this projector. It stopped working only 3 months after purchase, which is unacceptable for an electronic product at this price point. It was used normally and never dropped or misused, so this is clearly a reliability and quality issue. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, this product is not of satisfactory quality and not durable as a reasonable person would expect. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund. I would not recommend this projector due to poor build quality and reliability. Buyers should be aware that it may fail within a very short period of use.

Impressive Projector for the money & excellent for gaming!
I bought this projector primarily to run on my pc for modern and retro gaming nights and some movies but mostly gaming, it's definitely a 60fps / 60hz projector it's least that's what my pc is detecting it as but you can clearly see it no jerky frame rate, compare that to my other brand projectors which all detect at 30fps and you can see it choppy frame rate and horrendous input lag, the Aurzen it's really smooth and input lag well there is some but it's minimal but if you know how to tinker with settings like for me retroarch and nivida control panel you can get it to match original hardware I plan to pin this projector to the ceiling, I run a soundbar and pair of headphones via Bluetooth to my pc and the sound is in sync with what's showing on the screen even when linked to the projector it self the sound is still in sync, I had my doubts but no it's all in sync and it's a pleasure to watch, the projector is well made, quite heavy and looks stylish I bought the black version as it blends in with all my other home cinema equipment, it also has a mounting hole on the bottom so you can use a tripod which could come in handy if you need to go on trips with this. Streaming apps are pretty decent my daughter uses Netflix and YouTube kids and both apps run extremely well and easy to use. The sound on this machine is incredible, for such small speakers they pump out some serious sound and that little sub in the centre really adds to the bass line it is a real sub not a fake one, under heavy bass it moves in and out as it should and this gets very load when you crank it up with no distortion, I have added a video that demonstrates the sound quality and what this projector is like with a game I'm running PS2 / Tekken Tag Tournament from my pc at 1920x1080 60fps at 60htz so you can see how well it displays games with fast moving backgrounds. The media player that comes with this plays videos, photos and music via usb which can be controlled with the remote it has a pretty good rewind, fast forward and track list feature, you can also stream music from your phone over Bluetooth, I use this projector to play music on, one nifty feature is you can shut down the projection screen and just have music playing without fear of having the screen on permanently wasting energy and led life when you do this the fan also goes into quiet mode it's a well thought of feature, I have the Wimius P64 as well in the main bedroom and the boom 3 sounds much better than that but the picture is slightly sharper on the Wimius, not fussed about that my eyes are not ultra hd anymore it displays a good picture from corner to corner and small writing can be read quite easily which is good as I still use windows media centre to run all my films on and the text is quite small on that program but I can quite easily read it, the picture is pretty awesome one of the things I like about this machine is the key stone adjustment I only have a small area in our living room where I can throw an image on to and with adjustment I can fit the image inside that area rather well you can stretch it or make it smaller, the autofocus is decent too, if you have everything set to auto the picture will auto keystone and focus even if you just move the projector a small bit I turned this all off as I prefer full manual adjustment and the picture stays exactly as you left it when you turn the machine off or unplug it from the wall even for extended periods of time it still remembers the settings. The remote control is good you can use either Bluetooth or infrared which I've never seen on projector I do recommend Bluetooth as I found the infrared you needed to pretty much keep pointing at the projector and I had issues turning on the projector via infrared, Bluetooth mode works anywhere and has no issues turning on or off the projector and even with the remote control linked via Bluetooth you can still use other BT devices. All in all this is the best projector on this price range it's especially good for gaming and the streaming apps work well, I've just bought another one so I can use it in the spare room which sits on the bedside cabinet so I can use it to watch TV and play music, you can pretty much point the projector anywhere and it will keystone and focus in a good picture, currently I have the main Aurzen projector in the corner of our living room as a temporary measure until I get my wall mounted stand and even though it's right in the corner the focus across the whole picture is fantastic, I'm well impressed with this projector feels like a premium product and real home cinema now much better than watching films on a TV, it makes our 50" TV looks tiny and I love the fact you have to move your head like in a real cinema to see all the action also me and my daughter multi player mario kart through this project it blows her away the sheer size of the screen, she says its like your actually in the game lol.

Fantastic for switch gaming, movie nights and concert projections. Stunning features. WOW
I wanted to upgrade my projector as it didn’t have dolby digital plus nor e-arc. You need this functionality for 5.1 multi speaker audio on films as it helps feedback sound with no loss of quality to a soundbar via hdmi). So I decided on this one. It does all that great and I’ve discovered lots of other great intuitive features about this projector with more use. Set up was so easy, you’re prompted and guided on screen how to connect the remote via Bluetooth so no need to worry about line of sight if the projector is behind you. The next thing this projector does is auto-zoom and set the picture size based on your screen and any obstacles and it really works very well. If it senses movement once set up, it will recalibrate using a gyrometer to reset and readjust the picture. You can pretty much trust it that it will work to the best of any limitations within your set-up and all these auto features are very handy but you can disable and use them and opt for manual adjustment to tweak anything if you want and it’s all very straightforward to use. I don’t have the optimal setup but the image it has produced is fantastic. I don’t have a proper white painted background or a dedicated screen. Instead, I’m using a basic painted white wall (marked, uneven and very much needs repainting!) as a makeshift surface. Despite this, colours are vibrant, contrast is excellent and the image looks sharp and defined. I’m still astounded by the size of the images you can achieve. With the screen expanded to over 260 inches, it’s impressive how well it maintains the image quality and clarity. The projector reproduces realistic visuals and never have I seen a Taylor Swift music video in my home at such a large size which has auto focused and auto adjusted from the other side of the room. The black and white of this video being a perfect test for contrast and sharpness. A year later I’m still playing Zelda so that’s another go-to test for me. Again, it brings Zelda to life and with e-arc and your soundbar connected, this thing sounds phenomenal as it has most dolby audio codec formats (other than atmos). The apps all run very smoothly and the remote has quickfire button for all our favourite streaming apps. It’s very easy to move from on thing to another, adjust settings mid-watch etc so there’s not too much backtracking when using it. It’s response time and speed is much quicker during menu navigation than my previous one. This feels like a top-end item and it really looks the part. It’s very high quality on the aesthetics and feels weighty. It doesn’t look plasticky like some others. Overall it feels and operates like an expensive European made product. Another massive plus is how quiet the fan is. With my other projector I had to turn the volume up pretty loud to mask it and that’s not the case with this one. It amazes me that you can get all this for the money and it’s hard to find any faults at this price. A year on since I bought my last one and this has been a massive upgrade.
