Stays cold just for 2-3mins. There is no branding on the product. Ice pack stays much cooler compared to this. The product is misleading

Really good ice for your elbow. Fits great, comfortable and cold! Good for worn-out joints. Amazon's normal great shipping was rather bizarre on this delivery but no fault of vendor. This works well!

It doesn't stay cold for 20 minutes, but still helps while it lasts. I love the color and texture. Lightweight and is a little loose, but again does the trick. It only lasts for about 5 minutes, so you'll need more!

Really good for the first 2-3 mins.. but then all the coldness is gone. Expected it to retain the cold temperature for more time.
