Exact replacement
I was a little dubious buying this as it was made in China but it was an exact fit and is working perfectly well now at less that one half the price of the Kohler one it replaced. Time will tell but right now it is all good.

Product sucks
DO NOT BUY!!!. I purchased one for shower stall and another for main bathroom. Both didn't last 6 months. Spend the extra cash and stick with Kohler brand.

Ruined my ceiling!
I bought this 6 months ago and today it started to leak around the large O-ring around the back side of the mixer cap. The water drained down to the first floor ceiling so now I have hundreds of dollars in repairs. Buy the genuine Kohler parts even though they are more expensive. It will save you a lot of money in the long run.

Kohler Mixing Valve
This is a full set of replacement parts for some Kohler shower mixing valves. This comes with everything pictured, o rings and all, plus a small tube of grease. The grease goes on the gaskets and will make installation easier; they'll stick where needed. This resolved a slow leak coming from the shower, and it works the same as the original. Quality seems on par with the original as well.

Shower valve is trash
Trash! Do not buy! I waited over my return period to figure this out the hard way. Do not make the same mistake I made.
