This stuff is amazing !! You will see a difference in your hair skin and nails in a couple weeks. I noticed my skin the first week was softer and more dewy. Love, love, love!! Its light in texture. I just started using it. I add it to my smoothies. It seemed pricey but you only need two small scoops. I will check back in a month to note its health benefit. The smell light. The taste is min. It blends in with the smoothie.

As a daily user of collagen peptides, this product seems to be good. It is pricier than other popular brands, so I'm not sure the price point justifies itself, but that's just me. It dissolves fairly well & has no odor. Using collagen peptides in my coffee daily has made a significant improvement in nail strength & hair health. Takes about 3-4 months to notice, but it is noticable if you stick with it.

I've been using this in my protein shakes for about 8 months. I think this type of marine collagen is far more superior than bovine based ones. I get compliments about what I am doing for my skin, and I really believe this is helping.

Great quality but haven’t taken it long enough to see any skin improvement. Reviewing because there is a noticeable dried fish taste that is kinda gross, but to be fair I drank it dissolved in a small amount of water. Recommend mixing it into something!

I've been using this for about 6 months, due to having a meat allergy and needing to supplement my diet. I love that its marine based, comes with its own little scoop, and has nice packaging. I don't like that it DOES give certain liquids a strange smell and taste. I put mine in milk with a scoop of protein powder and I can't taste it that way. It's not gritty, it dissolves well. I wish it was available in a can instead of a bag (if it is, I haven't found it), but thats a personalal preference.
