Pros: 1. The product is very sturdy, plastic is heavy. 2. Comes with different blades for slicing all veggies. 3. I used to slice onions, potatoes using knives, grate veggies by cutting them into small pieces, with this the time was reduced to by 90%. Cons: 1. The blades are super sharp, need to be very careful while cleaning or you could deep cut your fingers

I wish it had more slicing options because a 2mm and a 5mm are not always big or small enough. We bought this to go with our new dehydrator. It works well for what it is. My only other complaint is that not everything fits inside the container for easy storage.

So much to like about this little tool but its just too sharp for me & I don't need the cuts. Would be nice for others less clumsy then me (I already cut thru the special protective glove without even knowing it). Many attachments, very versatile so I gave it away to a friend.

It did the job well but as I said, follow directions and use the holder. I thought I was much smarter and cut the tip of my finger off. It’s razor sharp and not forgiving. Use the holder!

I absolutely love this mandolin. It came really quick, the different slicers are really easy to change out and clean, and the catch tray is a great size and shape.
