These gym shorts do exactly what they claim too. They come in a pack of 3 all of which are different colours, the colours are nice and vibrant and have a marbling effect to them. The sizing is good, you'll find them to feel tight initially when wearing however it's just how they are.The best way to get these to sit right is to pull into the bum from the sides this give a better lift and a better shame then simply pulling up like you would with normal shorts. They are thin however I haven't found that they are see though.They've washed well with no runs or discolouration. Really good gym shorts.

I don't know how you can put shorts on wrong, but these are doing nothing for my bottom so maybe I have not done it right? These just feel like a less restrictive shapewear - as in they're kind of shaping my body, but not in the way it was advertised. I was hoping for a more prominent badonkadonk as when you hold the shorts up, they definitely have a butt shelf (hilarious) and works by cradling your bottom so that it looks more pert, but unless you already have a lot of padding and just want it to sit in a certain way, these aren't really going to do much for you there. I thought they might go well under tighter dresses but the effect isn't really visible through another layer.That said, they're still comfortable shorts, I guess. They have a high band around the waist that stops it from rolling down, and are long enough that the legs won't ruffle up either. They do look just like fancy shapewear, though. I couldn't wear them without a large T-shirt over the top - it feels too much like underwear. If you did squats in just these, you'd feel like you were exposing yourself to the whole gym. While the design is nice, they are pretty expensive for something that looks like you forgot to put actual clothes on.

Love the scrunch bum, great shorts, slightly big as they sent a size large instead of a small, but they are stretchy so still fit but not as well as they are meant to, lovely design & squat proof
