I bought these because I wanted one with stevia not sucralose. I love that it has beef protein in it for protein. I mix mine with heavy cream and it’s so yummy and the perfect meal replacement shake. The chocolate flavor is also yummy with no aftertaste. I also like to add an extra scoop of peanut butter protein powder for extra protein and a delicious flavor combo.

Once you get the butter quantity correct, this product is delicious and it satisfies your hunger. I have eaten it for dinner several times and I feel good for the rest of the night and don't wake up hungry. I bought 1 to try and have since purchased 6 more. This is a great asset when you are running short on time and need to eat.

I found this product to have a chalky taste to me.

The taste is phenomenal. In fact, all of them are, but if I'm being honest, I'm not excited about the whole "added/adding fat" to my protein drink. For some reason, I thought I would try the Keto plan, but much like everyone else, I experienced ""keto diarrhea". The whole idea, for me personally, is not a good fit. I will go back to eating 'clean'....fruits, veggies, etc. People that do that look more vibrant. Again, just my opinion.

I like a lot of their flavors - but this one is just horrible.

Since I enjoy playing in the kitchen and trying different things...this has beef protein powder, so you don't have to be Einstein to know it's probably not going to mix perfectly in cold and room temp water and/or liquids. So to combat this I used my little kettle and heated up some water (not boiling just above warm) and just added enough little bit at a time to dissolve powder (no issues). Then I proceeded to make my shake with cold water and a little heavy whipping cream and a touch of salt (to taste). So I recommend having some patience or pre make it ahead of time. If you're expecting something in the flavor profile of let's say "Ghost powder protein" products. You will be disappointed. On a side note, if shakes aren't your thing it makes a fantastic coffee creamer (to taste) and the heat of the coffee dissolves the protein powder, if you want ice coffee heat the water dissolve it and then go to town.
