This is an interesting and truly unique tool. How many times have you had a pile of saw dust you needed to remove really quickly before manning another cut? And how many times do you have to get a shop vac or leaf blower or air compressor with a blower attachment just to blow off some leaves or quickly clean off a surface to keep working? Now imagine you had a handheld battery powered tool with a bunch of different blower fittings to meet whatever need you have and that’s what this tool is. Need to dry off your car after washing it, this is perfect. Need to quickly get leave out your gutters? Done. Need to get leaves off your porch or driveway? No problem. Now the Makita 40v batteries are the best of any tool platform IMO and I own DeWalt with power stack batteries, Milwaukee fuel with new forge batteries, the old 18v Makita stuff, rigid, flex, and even Hilti and Bosch and this platform is the one I love the most. Not to mention thieves will take your Milwaukee and leave these because they don’t even know what they are. The batteries charge faster than any other battery I’ve seen, and the chargers are the same with any kit, they don’t make a slow cheap charger, they all are the rapid chargers with fan cooling that you usually pay way more for on other brands. The power in this little handheld tool no larger than an impact wrench is impressive. It’s not the same as a full size leaf blower but close enough. The ergonomics are fantastic like all Makita tools and feels great in your hand. It’s incredibly simple to operate, just squeeze the trigger. You can adjust the power up and down to 4 different levels with a small button on the front and it will lock with the same mechanism used to change directions on a drill. And for less than the price of a cordless leaf blower, it’s a good deal. The Makita tools last forever, they are super simple to fix even yourself if you are remotely mechanical at all. They have so many built in features to save battery life, use the correct amount of power, protect the user from harm, and protect the tool motor itself from dust or moisture that you’d have a hard time breaking these Makita tools if you made a conscious to be a horrible tool owner. And best of all this blower tool is something you will use all the time.

Genial, al principio pensaba que no la usaría mucho pero ahora no puedo vivir sin ella, la utilizo para limpieza, después de usar las herramientas de carpintería me sirve para dejarlas limpias de serrín, antes tenía que encender el compresor, ahora es más cómodo.

Great tool. Nice and lightweight and feels very well balanced with a 2.5Ah battery. Plenty of power, too.
